Chapter 6 The Run Away

Y/n POV: (Been like forever)

Ross and I walk into the office. I bet I look like a complete child. I try to hid my face from everyone I pass. "Hey you ok." Adam asked. "Y-Ya I-I'm fine." I say blocking his view of my tear face. I bump him in the shoulder as I walk away.

Sorry Adam. I lock the door and sit down in my chair. I start crying out loud but quietly. (Just so you know this book is not going to be happy most of the time). "Hey y/n you ok." Someone mumbled through the door. I cleared my throat. "Y-Yes I'm fine." I mumble.

"What." someone asked. "Who is this." I sigh. "Its Adam." Adam says. "What do you want." I asked. I hear the door knob try to open. "Let me in." Adam yells. I wipe my face off and open the door. "What happened who made you cry." Adam asked.

"N-No one." I shake my head. I grab my sleeve and put it behind my back. "I-I have to record and work." I say. He looks at me weirdly. I slowly reach to close the door. He goes for my arm. Then roles it up, there's nothing. He lets go. "Sorry It's just that--."

"Ya well I got work to do." I interrupted. I shut the door and locked it. Then I slid on the back of the door to the ground. Putting my knees up to my chin. I heard another knock. I don't answer. "Its Ross please let me in." Ross sighed. I got up and opened the door. Ross looked worried.

"Are you ok. Adam went into my office and said you needed me." Ross says. "What no he--. Wait. Adam." I yell. I walk out and into his office. "Why did you tell Ross I needed him." I ask annoyed. He looks sad and worried. "I-I just want to know why you were crying." Adam frowns.

"First of all you didn't tell me why he left. Second I thought he went off with someone because I had his keys." I yell. "Sorry I didn't know you worried that much." Adam says. "Do you know the amount of people that cheated on me and ditched me." I whisper.

He looked scared. "I-I'm sorry." Adam frowned. "The things I did to keep it off my mind." I say. Then he looked angry. "Wait what did you do." Adam asked. I back up as he gets out of his chair. "I-I got to go." I say scared. "Not until you tell me wha--.......Is....that....blood." Adam asked.

I look at my arm. I look around quickly and find a little toy. I grabbed it and threw it at him. I made a run for it and got to the doors. I ran outside and into the dark. (Its night ok).  I trip on a few things but not to much. I find a river and jump in. Going to the bottom. I find a cave and go in seeing light. No ones here.

Ross' POV:

Y/n runs into Adams office. I hear yelling and whispers. Then she runs out. I rush into his office. "Adam what the heck was that." I ask. "You tell me." Adam snapped. "If I tell you. Do you promise to not tell her." I ask. He nods and sits down. "Ok tell me everything." Adam sighed.

"This morning when I got to work I saw her crying outside. So I ran out of my car and asked her what was wrong." I sighed. "Ok then what." Adam asked. "Then she told me what she did. She also said that you didn't tell her ware I went." I say.

"Did you know that she got worried that I went off with another girl." I say ferries. "No I just didn't tell her that you went home because you would see her at work." Adam said. "But when she lifted her sleeve up I knew I should of stayed with her." I yell. "I was there as well she could of came to me." Adam yelled back.

"Then you would blame it on me and never let her see me. Besides work." I yelled. "You know what I'm going to find her. And when I do find her don't expect her in a happy mood with you." I say angrily.  I walk out of his office and go outside. I look around and see no one.

I get out my phone and call y/n. No answer. She has to be here somewhere. "Y/N." I yell. I start walking to the park. "If she wanted to be alone she must be somewhere she doesn't want to be found." I mumble to myself. Its been hours. Maybe the river. I look run to the river and see a light. I jump in.

Swimming to the bottom and reaching the cave. Reaching the surface I gasp for air. "Y/n." I gasp. "Ross what are you doing here." Y/n asked. She swims over and helps me to the shore. "I came looking for you." I smile. "Why did Adam send you." Y/n asked. "What no." I shake my head.

"Then why are you looking for me." Y/n frowns. "Because I-I love you. And I always have." I stutter. I couldn't control myself but I go closer and closer. Then we kiss. We pull apart for air moments later. We both yawn and fall asleep. (Morning). I wake up in the sand with y/n.

She has her legs. I take a deep breath and sigh. Then she starts moving. "Morning." y/n smiled. "Morning." I reply. "What time is it." Y/n asked. "Crap my phone." I sigh. I grab my phone from my pocket. The screen wasn't working. "My phone is broken." I sigh. "Give it to me." Y/n asked.

I hand her my phone and she does something with it. Water starts poring out of the side. "W-What are you doing." I ask. The water stops and she hands me my phone back. "I fixed it." Y/n smiled. "Is there anything you cant do." I say jokingly. She chuckles and so do I.

"Its 10am." I sigh. "Crap." Y/n sighed. "Hey you don't have to worry I told Adam that he might not see us for a while." I say. She stands up. "What if he calls the police or tells people that I'm gone." Y/n says worried. "Its day time so you cant go anywhere. Other wise you could be seen." I sigh.

"Ok I guess we will have to stay here for a while. But I'm hungry and I didn't think of bringing food." I chuckle. "Well then I'll be right back." Y/n smiled. She dove in the water and disappeared. I just sat down and waited. "Hey I got some food." Y/n smiled.

I see her holding some fish. "Really." I laughed. "Yes I love fish and you should to. Get used to it." Y/n chuckled. "Ok. How are we going to make a fire." I asked. Y/n looks around and so do I. I get up and see a few logs. She starts the fire and cooks the fish. "Here's to us." I chuckle.
