Angels Cry (Before You Exit - Toby Mcdonough)

Chapter 28

Once I finish eating my dinner (which means my whole entire plate has no single grain of rice) I quickly rush up to my room to call Toby about the good news. I could even imagine him being really happy and ugh! I just want to hug him so much right now! 

I grab my phone and dialed his number really fast and waited until he pick up. After four rings, I could hear the other end of the line was really loud and noisy. I wonder what's going on.. 

"Hello?" I ask with an eyebrow raise in the process. 

"Guys! Please quieten down!" I heard him whisper- shouted.

"Hi, Rose. Sorry about that," he finally respond.

"Nah, it's alright."

"So... what do you need from me?"

"Ok. Well I don't need any favour from you, I need to tell you something serious *sigh*." I pretend to sounded sad because I wanted to hear what would his reaction be. I know, a really good plan huh? 

"What? What happen?! Are you in a hospital? You're gonna move out?!" He started to panic and I bit down on my lower lip to stop my laugh from escaping. 

"No, I'm not in a hospital you silly!" I said.

"Then? Don't tell me it's the second option." This time, he sounded devastated, like he was about to cry. Geesh, this boy is so sweet. I wonder what I'll ever do without him in my life. 

"Well.. it does have to do with something about the second option. Look, I can't stand to talk to you on the phone like this. Open up your window alright?" I said. 

"Erm.. ok? Why?" 

"Just do it." After he hang up, I went to my window and push it upwards to open it. The chilly air caused me to get a little goosebumps but I don't really mind. I saw Toby coming towards his window and then doing the same thing like I did and he shouted. 

"So, what is it?" 

"Sshh! My mum might hear you!" I whisper yell at him and quickly took out a sharpie and a paper then writing the words on it. I feel like in the Taylor Swift's You Belong With Me music video. 

"Psh, it's not like she really could hear me or could see me." He roll his eyes and chuckle. I show him what I wrote and his face expression was really priceless. His eyebrows rise up so high and his mouth was gasping at me. 

"Is this for real?! You're not kidding me or anything right?" He asked, his eyes widen so wide and his body leaning closer almost like he could fall any minute.

"No, I'm not. This is real! Why would I be joking?" I said while giggling a little. "And you better watch out if not you will fall down. I am not train on how to put on a first aid kit," I put both of my hands up in surrender while he just laugh.

"Don't worry, I won't fall." He shot me a smirk. Oh boy, here comes the blush. 

"Aww, are you blushing?!" He exclaim which causes me to turn even redder. 

"Shut up. It's not like you never blush before!" I defend myself. 

"Ok, ok. I'll stop. So you are really not moving? Wow, should we celebrate this or something?" He asked. I thought about it for a second before saying, "Yeah I guess. But where? I don't want anything to be so spectacular or anything. Just plain, old fashion." I shrug my shoulders. 

"Don't worry, the boys and I will plan everything all out. You just need to sit back and relax." He reassured me which made me even more nervous about it. Because you will never know what they'll be planning. It could be something weird or tacky. But, I trust Toby in doing this planning thingy ma jiggy. 

"Okay, Mr. Mcdonough. You better have a good plan in mind alright?" I said. "Yes, now go to sleep. We have school tomorrow," he shooed me away while I just giggle at him. He's so cute, I can't imagine life without him. He makes me happy for sure.
