You and Kou are best friends from nursery to high school. Kou is boyfriend for one year and still counting. You hear the door creak, your friend places a stack of paper work to do. You sigh. Another stack of council papers to clear. You sat down and began signing the papers. "Hey love." Kou enters the room, greeting you with a kiss on the forehead.
"Hey." You reply, blushing at his actions. "No need to be shy (First Name)~" He cooes in your ear. "You and I have been dating for one year now." He added. "Mhn..." You nod and hug him back. "Don't you have practice for singing?" You ask him. "No, It was cancelled since Coach was sick. I decided to kill time and stay with you here." He smiles.
"You loving me everyday is enough for me Kou." You reply to him, giving him your widest grin. You slightly see his smile went down to a frown and back to a smile. "Did I see you frown?" You ask, curiously tilted your head. "It must be your imagination (First Name)." He smiles. "I've got to go (First Name)! See you tomorrow! Love you!" Kou waves good bye and left, his grin widens to the max. You wondered but decided to shrug it off. You finished signing the council papers and place them inside your drawers so you'll be able to have easy access for tomorrow while you're giving it to the secretary.
You turn off the lights and turn to leave at the exit of the school. As you were passing by your neighborhood since your house was near the school—you spotted two blond heads. As a curious person you are, you decided to eavesdrop. "Mhn... Kou." She moans out. As you got a closer look, it was Yui and Kiu kissing! Your heart shattered into a thousand broken pieces.
Does he not love you anymore? Does he get bored of you? Does he not need you anymore? Lots of questions flooded your mind. You were confused. As you retreated your form, you accidentally tripped and made a sound so you decided to scream to make it look like you weren't supicious. "Wahh!!" You held onto your knee.
"(First Name)?" Kou appears. Where did Yui go?"It hurts!!" You held onto your knee as your tears fell one by one. Though it may seem fake but the tears were real. "Let me see (First Name)!" Kou held onto your hand that held onto your knees. He looks concerned... but is that a lie too? Is he acting like he still cares? "That's really deep!" Kou exclaims, his face looks concerned. He suddenly tore off some part of his clothing and wrap it around your knee. "There!" He smiles. "Better now?"
You decided to ignore him, standing up while holding the rail. There was a deep wound on your knee and the pain aches you whenever you take a step. "I'll help you!" Kou comes to your aid but you brush him off. "I'm okay! I can do it!" You try to sound cheerful and that alone seem to delude him. "I see... I'll catch you around then." Kou waves good bye and ran to the direction where he came from before... probably where Yui was waiting.
You decided it to hide it in and forget about it. You finally reach home after a painful walk towards your house. You open it with your key and enter. You close the door behind you and lock it. Sadly, you live alone since your parents were killed by vampire hunters. Though your parents were vampires, you weren't. Your mind started to throb, pain shot through your head, unable to think. You fell onto your bed unconsciously. Your tears flows down your eyes as you slept.
