"Subaru! Please get me some chocolates!"
"Subaru! Please get me some chips!"
"Subaru! Please get me some soda!"
Subaru kept attending to your requests as he wanted to make you happy. He assumed that you were on your period as you were craving for so many things. You noticed that your stomach was gradually becoming bigger as weeks pass by. One day, you awoke to a beautiful morning. You smelled a sweet aroma coming from the kitchen and so you followed it. "Good morning." You greet the Sakamaki brothers. Only the seats of Subaru and Reiji were not filled. You feel a tap onto your shoulder and turn around to see Subaru. "Morning princess." He press a kiss on your forehead.
"Bleh." Kanato fakes a vomit action. "Stop rubbing your relationship on us." Laito rolls his eyes. "Laito is jealous that you have a smoother relationship than his." Ayato says which made Laito glare at him. "If only you stuck to one, you would be as happy as (First Name) and Subaru." Shu says before plugging his earphones into his ears to block out any upcoming noise. "Let's eat breakfast." Subaru guides you to your chair and pulls out your chair for you. You sat on the seat and eye the piece of macarons on the table.
In the middle of eating the macaron, Reiji had entered with a cup of coffee in his hands. "Morning." He greets before taking the empty seat beside you. The moment you smelled the aroma of coffee, you felt like vomiting. You quickly stood up from your chair and rushed to the comfort room. You vomited the macarons that you had eaten earlier. This alarmed the six brothers and they went up to check on you. "Are you okay, princess?" Subaru gently rubs your back. "I-I think so. Maybe I shouldn't have stuffed myself."
"I think I know what this means." Ayato says. "I think I know too." Laito says, giving a wide grin. "You're going to get a sibling, Teddy!" Kanato spoke to his stuffed toy. You were confused and looked down on your stomach. You rubbed it and felt a bulge. You thought it was fats as you were eating a lot lately but there was a possibility that you're carrying Subaru's child. "Can we go to the hospital?" You ask Subaru. "I think I might be pregnant." Subaru agreed to your request. "Wait." Reiji stops Subaru from getting the car ready. "This baby might be a hybrid. I suggest we call a vampire doctor."
"This is probably safer." Shu agrees with Reiji. "I will arrange him to drop by today." Reiji leaves the room to phone a doctor. Subaru carried you bridal style and gently places you down on bed. "Hey Subaru." You call out to him. "Would you rather have girl or boy?" Subaru grins at your question. "I'd rather have a boy but it doesn't matter. It's still our child. I will love our baby regardless of its gender." He presses a kiss on your forehead. There was a knock at the door. Subaru came to get it and there stood Reiji and the brothers with the doctor. "Wow, that was fast." You commented. "Don't forget that vampires have abilities." Ayato says before seating himself on the chair.
The doctor approaches you and takes his stethoscope to hear your heartbeat. "She's breathing normal." He says and presses his two fingers on your wrist. "She is definitely pregnant." He turns to the six brothers who rejoiced. "I'm going to be a father!" Subaru felt like the happiest man alive in the room. "There are some food she must avoid and take. I will prescribe these so that there would be no complications when she gives birth and the baby would be healthy." He writes down several items on the paper and hands it to Reiji.
As soon as the doctor leaves, the six brothers have been pampering you with care. Shu would help by placing twin speakers near your stomach so the baby could listen to music. Ayato would always prepare your bath with bath bombs and some rubber ducks. Kanato would always request to talk to your unborn child and tell several stories. Laito made sure to beautify you as he would buy several facial masks which went all to waste since you weren't supposed to place face mask so instead, he would massage your shoulders or feet. Reiji would prepare your meals. Last but not the least, Subaru provided you support.
As months pass by, you wanted to know your child's gender and so you requested for a baby shower. Laito was ecstatic and wanted to be in charge. Before you handed Laito the responsibility, you had Laito promise you that he wouldn't do anything stupid to which Laito agreed. As the day came, you noticed that the Mukami and Tsukinami brothers were present. They had brought gifts for your baby that were unisex as they didn't know the gender yet. "I'm not going out!" Ayato says from the room. "Why not?" Laito wiggles his eyebrows at him.
"Hurry! The guests are waiting." Laito pushes Ayato out who was wearing a diaper. "God, this is so embarrassing." Ayato decided to put up with it and held onto the black balloon which contained a blue or pink colored confetti. "Are you ready?" Laito yells and the crowd answers back. "Yes!"
"Please do the honors." Laito handed you a needle. "Three! Two! One!" You poke the needle through the balloon and it popped. (Pink/Bue) confettis rain down and the audience congratulated you and Subaru. Subaru gives you a chaste kiss and brings you in for a hug. "We're going to be the best parents he/she will ever have."
