Maddy's P.O.V.

My eyes fluttered open.

And almost shrieked.

Everyone was crowed around me.

Staring at me.

"Oh thank God" Livy sighed in relief.

I sat up quickly, wincing at the pain in my head. I quickly take inventory.

Yep, everyone's here.

"Akivia and Seth."

They both jump at the sound of my voice.

"You 2, head over to my room. El and Dani, go with them. It's room 116." I pass Eleanor my room key. She's raises her eyebrows but I give a her a look that says "Trust me, I know what I'm doing."

She leaves the room without another word, Dani by her side, they boys not far behind.

"You 2." I gesture towards Harry and Niall.

"Do not leave this room. Zayn, Louis. Please take my friends downstairs. You guys can go out to lunch or whatever."

I knew Louis and Zayn were part of the fight, but hasn't really hurt anyone, just tried to protect their bandmates. Yeah they probably took it too far. But they also had girlfriends. I knew their motivation was not cause they liked one of my friends.

I pulled Liam into the hall, despite his protests about my head injury.

"Okay, here's the deal. I don't know what's happening with Seth and Akiva, but I'm gonna try and talk some sense into them. Can you please try to convince Harry and Niall that they aren't really bad guys?"

"They beat up my friends!"

"Please Liam, just stay with them and try to keep them calm."

"But-"

"Liam, we're the same. We both are responsible and fiercely loyal. You know that I wouldn't do anything that would hurt anyone. Please."

Liam bites his lip, nods and disappears back into their room.

Thank god.

Now it's time to have a little talk with Seth and Akiva.

Olivia's P.O.V.

UGHHHHH!

THESE GUYS ARE IMPOSSIBLE!!

"Could you at least give them a second chance?" Maddy begs. She called me up here in desperation after she tried in vain to reason with them.

But Seth and Akiva have stubbornly refused to budge an inch.

"Why should we?" Akiva retorts

"Yeah" Seth adds his piece. "Some guy starts making out with my sister, then his friends try to beat me up and instead knock out my friend, and I'M supposed to apologize?"

"That's it!" I spring out of my chair. "You're not mad at them for fighting. You're mad at them because you think

they're gonna take advantage of Allie, just Leo did. And you" I say turning to Akiva, "You're just jealous because Bridget's becoming closer friends with Zayn."

Seth and Akiva, both look at me, slack-jawed. Maddy smiles and stands. As she passes me, she whispers

"Good job. I'm gonna try to talk to Harry and Niall. You stay with them."

Liam's P.O.V.

Harry and Niall are being completely unreasonable. Then won't listen to me they won't even talk to me.

A knock sounded from the door, and Maddy slipped quietly into the room.

I saw Harry flinch when he saw her black eye. Serves him right.

I raised my eyebrows at her and shrugged.

She nodded and sat down next to me.

I slung my arm around her, just like before, and she leaned into me. It was nice to have an ally.

"About a year ago, Allie started liking this guy, Leo." She started taking. Niall sat up a little straighter when he heard this, and even Harry started to show a little interest.

"He was the first guy she ever was serious about. I knew he was a player and I warned her, but she wouldn't listen. She was convinced that he was this great guy, and around her, he was. But I knew him better than that. I could see how conniving he was, how deceitful. He knew that she liked him and he took advantage of that. He would take her out when he went drinking, and she'd drink too, she was so desperate to seem cool to him. It got......pretty bad. And we begged her to break up with him. But she kept seeing him. And he, um.....started pressuring her. She wanted him so badly that he gave in."

Niall and Harry are both hooked, staring at Maddy, waiting for her to continue. As am I. Maddy's clearly uncomfortable, her head bowed. I squeeze her shoulder, trying to reassure her at least a little bit.

"And?" I softly prompt her.

"He broke up with her the next day. Just stopped speaking to her. It was awful. She was totally and utterly shattered. The next day, she went out and got absolutely plastered. Olivia found her at the party the next morning, still passed out. She called me and she was hysterical because she wasn't even sure she was alive. So I drove down there as fast as I could, put her in my car and took her to the hospital. She got treated for alcohol poisoning and as soon as she got out we took her to AA. For the past year she's been depressed a lot and even suicidal. It was awful for all of us, but especially Seth. He's her twin. It almost killed him to see her so devastated and heartbroken and feeling so bad about herself. Over a douche of a guy. She's started to get better, but he's so protective of her. I think he feels like he should've protected her more and now it's his job to make sure it never happens again."

Holy crap.
