Kept Unbroken? (Do not read)

A change in feelings?

During all of our classes, Lexie and I started to notice that we had almost every class with Austin. In all of our classes we could practically feel his intense stare to the back of our heads. When I walked into the lunch room I saw Lexie and Nick talking, they were already sitting at our usual table with the rest of our friends. I walked over to the table and sat down in the empty seat next to Lexie.

"Thank goodness it is lunch time, I am starving." I said

Then suddenly we saw a huge crowd surrounding a table, no doubt that was Austin Mahone's table. When I looked at his table Austin looked in my direction and when we made eye contact he stood up from his table and started walking towards our table. He made it through the crowd of people and stopped at our table. He sat down in an empty chair across from me and Lexie.

"Hello ladies." He said.

"I think he should take a hint." Lexie whispered to me.

I nodded and chuckled quietly, I looked back at Austin.

"What do you want?"

"I told you guys I would see you around."

"Yeah, we were kind of hoping that it would never happen." I muttered quietly.

But I think he still heard me because he started smirking, I glared at him.

"Why don't you take your crowd somewhere else because its getting hot and uncomfortable with these people almost on top of me and breathing in my face. Let me tell you a lot of them need a few breath mints too." Lexie sort of whispered the last part.

Me and Austin burst out laughing though, the way she said it she was totally serious.

I looked around, these people were so close that if I moved I would hit them. Austin turned to the crowd and asked one of them  to go save him a seat at one of their tables. When he was done asking them they all took off running and fighting to get to their tables. I rolled my eyes, all of these people are really pathetic.

"See problem solved." Austin said and turned back to us.

I was about to say something when Brittney came over and sat on his lap.

I looked over at Lexie just in time to see her face go from disgust to disgust/amusement. When I turned back to Austin and Brittney  she was practically dry humping him and whispering in to his ear. He looked somewhere between shocked/ terrified/ and amused all at the same time.

I looked over at Lexie and she looked at me, we stared at each other for like a minute then burst out laughing. We were laughing so hard that we started crying, when we looked up the whole cafeteria was staring at us. Our friends and Austin looked amused, other people looked amused and confused. Brittney's friends looked at us like we were retarded and Brittney, dear old Brittney looked pissed. I'm pretty sure if she were a cartoon her face would be red and smoke would be coming out of her ears. She obviously thought that she would be able to seduce Austin and we ruined her plan with our laughing.

Once I calmed down enough I got a straight face and turned to everyone.

"Nothing to see here people!" I yelled to everyone.

They all turned back to whatever they were doing and Lexie went to the bathroom.

Brittney went back to flirting with Austin, he tried to push her off his lap but she couldn't take a hint. Hmm, they sound like they would be a perfect match. He shot me a pleading look. Oh, look his cocky ass needs my help haha. I smirked and shook my head.

"Please" he mouthed.

I shook my head again and Lexie came back, I told her what was happening. She laughed and told me that I should put him out of his misery and have my fight that I want.

"Fine." I replied

 I walked over to Brittney and stood face to face with her.

"Hey Brittney why don't you stop harassing him, we wouldn't want to scare him off would we?" I asked

"What did you just say to me?"

"Unless you are deaf I'm pretty sure you heard me."

I stood with my back facing the wall and waited for her to make her move.

"You and your stupid slut friend need to leave." she said.

"Ok, how are we sluts?" I asked

"You guys whore around the whole school and the rest of us girls barely have a chance to even look at the guy and you two are already trying to fuck him." she replied

I looked around, my jaw was literally on the floor right now. Was I being punked or is she that delusional? Is she being serious right now!?

"Are you kidding me right now Brittney? You were just assaulting him in his chair, and when did we do any of those things? Your a dumb ass slut, you need to take your ass back to the corner!" I yelled 

She went to punch me but I ducked and her hand went into the cement wall behind me. I got up and looked down at her yelling about her hand.

"Hurts like a bitch don't it?" I asked and she nodded.

"Well good." I said and walked away from her and back to my table.

"Well that problem is taken care of." I said and sat down.

We all started talking and finishing our lunches while hearing Brittney screech to her friends about her hand. Lots of laughing and stares from everybody else is how the rest of lunch went, but for us that's not unusual. When the bell rang Lexie and I headed to our next class we had together. 

"Nicole." I heard Austin call to me.

I turned around and he gave me a real genuine smile.

"Thanks for taking care of that girl"

"No problem" I said.

"Oh, and both of you are really something else." he said to me and Lexie and walked away.

I couldn't help but feel confused and have an urge to smile at the same time. I looked at Lexie and she turned to me.  I knew she was probably thinking the same thing as me. He was really something else too.
