Harry's P.O.V

I sighed as I settled down onto the train seat. I opened the envelope that I had received from Dumbledore and reread it.

Again.

Dear Harry,

When you arrive at school from your holidays, please come meet me in my office. There is something extremely urgent I need to talk to you about.

Sincerely,

Albus Dumbledore

P.S The password is Lemondrops

What the hell was he on about?! He always acted so mysterious, and, if I was being honest, it was really getting on my nerves.

"Harry? Are you okay?" Hermione asked in a worried tone. "You spaced out for a minute now. " I smiled weakly.

"Oh, yeah I'm fine. Just this stupid letter is all." I sighed again and pulled me knees against my chest. I spent the rest of the train ride staring out the window at the fluffy white flakes that where falling from the sky.

"Come on, Harry. Time to get off the train." Ron said, gently shaking my shoulder. I must've fallen asleep. Standing up, I grabbed my trunk from above me and slid open the compartment door. Pulling my robes closer around me, I hustled through the crowds of people and headed towards Dumbledore's office.

Once I got there I went up to the two golden eagles guarding the spiral staircase and quietly uttered the password.

"Lemondrops."

Th eagles spun back to reaveal the stairs, and I rode them up to the top where I knocked on the door. It swung open and I stepped in, dragging my trunk behind me.

"Ah, Harry, there you are. I see you got my letter." Dumbledore greeted, flicking his wand and muttering a quick spell that made my trunk disappear.

I looked down at the letter in my hand and sighed. "I... did, you said you needed to talk to me, sir."

He gestured for me to sit down across from him, before continuing.

"I know that there is a lot riding on you already, Harry. But you need to know this." He took a deep breath and leaned forwards on his desk.

"He the one with the power to vanquish the Dark Lord approaches... born to those who have thrice defied him, born as the seventh month dies... and the Dark Lord will mark him as his equal, but he will have power the Dark Lord knows not..."

I looked at my professor for a moment.

"That... sounds like a... prophecy." I stated slowly.

"That's not all of it, and either must die at the hand of the other for neither can live while the other survives..."

I stared at him in shock for a few seconds. Dumbledore quirked an eyebrow as if he expected me to say something. But no, I bolted up from my seat and sprinted from the room. I kept running, tearing around corners to get to where I knew I could be alone.

'I need somewhere to be alone. I need somewhere to be alone. I need somewhere to be alone.'

I wiped tears from my eyes as I paced in front of the Room of Requirement. Finally a door appeared and I yanked it open, slamming it closed beside me and sinking to the floor with my back against it.

Why was it always me?

I banged my head back against the door and ran my hands through my hair.

"W-what are y-you doing here?"

My eyes flew open to see a pair of mercury gray ones staring back at me.

"M-Malfoy?"

I know that this is short, but I had a bit of writers block.
