Harry's P.O.V

"You need to find the last four horcruxes and destroy them Harry, the fate of the entire wizarding world rests on your shoulders. Take the locket with you, as soon as you find a way to rid the world of it, do so." I stared at Dumbledore in disbelief. He wanted me to do all that?

We were currently standing at the top of the astronomy tower, having just apperated back to the school from getting the horcrux. The moon illuminated his grey beard which was floating slightly in the breeze. He was leaning against the railing heavily, having just drunk the draught of living death.

All of a sudden footsteps could be heard on the staircase. Dumbledore's eyes widened.

"Run Harry, find Professor Snape!" I whirled around and hid just as a group of death eaters appeared at the top of the stairs. I could see Bellatrix, Greyback and a couple others I couldn't recognize along with- no. Draco. My Draco. Dumbledore said he had a plan to keep him safe! And yet there he was, cowering before the death eaters.

"Go on then Draco. Do it!" Bellatrix hissed, pushing him out in front of Dumbledore. He shakily drew his wand and pointed it at the old headmaster.

"You don't have to do this Draco."

"I d-don't have a-a c-choice!" He sobbed. Just then, Snape ran up the stairs and to Draco's side. His eyes were glistening with tears. Wait, Snape was crying? I watched as he steeled himself, looked at Draco and then drew his wand. Dumbledore nodded and stood up.

"Avada Kedavra!"

And then he was falling. Snape had killed him. Draco fell to his knees, dropping his wand. I jumped up and sprinted to his side.

"Draco? It's ok. It's over." He buried his faced in my chest and began to cry. I wrapped my arms around him and pulled him closer, glaring up at the wide eyed death eaters. I let go of Draco and slowly stood up.

I left my wand in my pocket and concentrated on the fire I knew was inside me. One of the death eaters I had never seen before lifted into the air and I gradually floated him up until he was high enough and then I smashed him into the ground. His blood flew every where and I started to glow. I turned to Greyback and snarled. He stumbled backwards and I raised my hand, squeezing as if to choke him. That's exactly what I did. Grayback hung limp in the air, his face purple. I threw him off the tower for good measure.

"H-Harry? Raven you're glowing... come here." Draco whispered. I knew what he meant, we couldn't reveal our secret to the death eaters. Not yet. That was a surprise we were saving for the final battle we knew would come eventually. I closed my eyes and took a deep breath before walking back to Draco. He stood and grabbed my hand.

Bellatrix was still standing there gaping. "Tell Voldemort he's next." I growled. She came to her senses and held out her arm, disappearing in a cloud of black smoke.

I stood there for a second before stumbling backwards into Draco and promptly losing consciousness.

Draco's P.O.V

Harry collapsed in my arms and I staggered a bit under his weight before regaining balance and picking him up bridal style and carrying him to the hospital wing. I decided that I couldn't fly because the death eaters might still be around and they could not know about the bond.

I had thanked Snape quietly before heading on my way, but I could hear his footsteps behind us and I planned on talking to him once I knew Harry was okay. My Raven had just killed two death eaters with wand-less magic and had scared the others away. That must have taken a lot out of him.

"Oh dear! What happened?" Madame Pomfrey hustled over and pointed her wand at a bed for me to set Harry on. She did a quick check and confirmed my suspicions. He had over exerted himself.

"I know you two share a bond. Perhaps you could try to heal him? I understand that you do want to become a healer, yes?" She asked and I nodded. I sat down next to Harry's bed and pressed my lips against his. We started to glow and before long the room was filled with blue and white light. I pulled away and looked down at him.

"Dragon? D-Dumbledore?" He asked weakly. Tears began to fill my eyes, dashing them away I answered.

"He's dead Raven. Dumbledore's dead."

Madame Pomfrey gasped and sent a patronus to summon the rest of the staff to an emergency meeting. They shuffled into a room and I could hear muffled gasps and sobs from within. I turned back to Harry and lightly brushed the hair from his eyes.

"I'm sorry Raven, there is no way he could have survived that." He nodded carefully and squeezed my hand.

"I have to- to f-find the rest of the horcruxes a-and destroy them." My eyes widened. That would be next to impossible. I knew that one of them was Voldemort's snake, Nagini but other than that I had no idea.

"I only have to find four, a-and we have one, the locket. The rest are destroyed." He said faintly. "Raven you need your rest, go back to sleep and I will wake you if you are needed. He nodded and buried his face in the pillow. I squeezed his hand once more and went to find Severus. We needed to talk.
