How could Blair expect me to tell her things and not hide stuff from her when she hid stuff from me?

Then to have the nerve to ask me to come to a party with her a couple of hours? I thought we were getting closer, didn't she know what type of person I was?

I walk out of my room and walk into my mum's room.

"Blair invited me to a party an-" I begin to say.

"Yes!" She yells, sitting up immediately.

"Damn it." I mutter.

"I mean if you don't wanna go then don't be pressured to but you should. Like, really should."

"There'll be alcohol..." I trail off, some part of me hoping she changes her mind.

"I trust Blair."

I sigh, "alright. I'll go." I say in defeat.

"Yay!" Mum yells again, clapping her hands like an excited child. "Your first party! I'm so happy!"

I couldn't help but smile at the sight of my mum smiling and getting excited. Little moments like this are what makes me do things that I'd never do.

I know any little progress was so much to her so that's why I push myself a little harder everyday.

I go back to my room, grabbing my phone from the nightstand.

Daisy 🌻:
I'll be there.

I sigh, falling asleep rather quickly.

I wake up to a text from Blair.

Blair 💊:
Hey, I'm picking you up at your house at around 6.

I reply back and I sigh. I sit on my phone for a few hours, switching though social media apps and some random games before I determine I need to get ready.

I get up, grabbing a white dress with some pink flowers and a pink trim. The dress also has some green leaves thrown around. It's off the shoulder in a way, the dress being held up by the neck. I pair it with some small, pink shoes with frilly white socks.

I decide I like the outfit and I get in the shower. I wash my hair and body, shaving here and there. I get out and wrap myself up with a towel, pulling out my blowdryer.

I dry off my hair and I pull on the dress and shoes. I leave my hair in its naturally wavy state and I move onto makeup.

I do a subtle pink eyeshadow look with a soft pink lipstick and I decide I'm ready to go.

"Bye, Mum!" I call out, exiting the house. I stand out front for a while until Blair shows up.

I get into her black car and I feel Blair's eyes on me.

"Damn, Daisy. Didn't know someone so innocent could look so hot."

I feel myself go red as I look away, "Thanks."

She pulls out of the driveway and as she's driving, I take the time to look at her. She's wearing a dress for one, the shoulder cut outs leaving her shoulder bare to the cold, November breeze.

Her hair was left out and straightened and her makeup was minimal but it managed to compliment her facial features.

"You ever been drunk before?" Blair asks me, her hand resting on my thigh where the dress was starting to ride up as I was sitting.

"I.. no." I admit to her, feeling quite embarrassed by the fact. She's way more experienced than me, I'll never be able to compare.

"You're too innocent for your own good." Blair says, getting out.
