Yesterday I was supposed to post a sports award. I do not have a sports award and I am to lazy to make one up.
Let me clear one thing up before we proceed with this post. Yesterday I had every intention of posting but something happened with my internet connection and I had no choice but to go to sleep. I had a story, I had an idea for a post, I was all ready to do my sports award.
Well, yesterday has past. It is now tomorrow. I really don't feel like writing what happened yesterday so instead of trying to come up with a creative sports award post, I've changed what I'm posting today. Plus I'm posting two posts today.
Let's start from left and work our way to the right for this night's post.
1- You see that flowered bag? That's my scripture bag. The books of scripture I read are very important to me. They are part of the reason I am the way I am. I study from this book daily.
2- On top of the scripture bag sits the top half of my candle warmer. I love candles. This was the only candle type things I brought with me when I moved. I have it on every night. The scent is Wild Honeysuckle.
3- You see that octopus looking thing? That's Henry. I made him with the two boys I work with. I found him today in one of the boys room under a stack of paper and decided that Henry needed a proper home. Work is part of who I am!
4- Behind Henry is a bag of mints. I don't know if I've really talked about my mind obsession very much on here. I think my family can vouch for me...I love mints. I wish I had an unlimited supply of them. I'm not trying to cover up bad breath (although that's one of the good things about them) I just truly love the flavor-that minty goodness.
5- Now up to my purse. I just bought it! My favorite purse in the entire world broke while I was playing tag with the boys I nanny. I've been living with a gigantic side bag but I couldn't stand it anymore. I went out and got this the other day. When I saw it buried behind all the other purses I knew it was meant for me. I took a deep breath and then looked at the price tag. I was happy to see it wasn't $70 like the rest of them.
6- Larabar! If you have never had one of these I suggest never trying one. They are the best bar ever invented. They are a gazillion times better than Clif Bars. They are gluten free, dairy free, soy free, non-GMO, vegan, and Kosher. Each Larabar has 9 ingredients or less. The Cherry Pie one in the picture has dates, almonds, and unsweetened cherries.
7- Sticky notes/Post it notes: I use these for everything. Bookmarks, shopping lists (even if the list is too big, I just write smaller), reminders, addresses, pick up and drop off times, etc. I don't know what live would be without these little guys.
8- Renuzit aroma (orchid petals scent). I don't know if I've said this but I like to walk into a room that smells good. I like to open doors and have a gust of deliciously smelling air fill my nose. I don't like baking scents but I really love clean and floral scents...sometimes fruit.
9- Pom-pom man, do you see him? This was recently sent to me by my mom. She made up a craft box for me and the two boys I nanny. She packed all the supplies and made examples of most (if not all) the crafts. This one was just too cute I couldn't keep him in the box. I show him to you not because he describes me but because my mom made it. My mom is part of my family and my family is very important to me. I love them so very much.
10- Faith Hill True perfume. I love this scent beyond description. If I could pick 3 scents that describe me I would have to say they would be, honeysuckle, Faith Hill True, and breath mints. Muahahaha.
That's all about me in 10 items.
What 3 scents describe you?
