I am so excited about this post! I have a couple of really close friends. I can't say that I have just one best friend. So instead of introducing you to all of them I'm going to introduce you to just one.
This is my friend and I at graduation. We have a long history. First of all we went to the same church. She moved into the neighborhood and I'm pretty sure she was in one of my classes at church...but I can't really remember. I don't really remember becoming friends with her at that time. It all started in Middle School. We were in the same P.E. class together.
I don't know really when this happened or why it happened but after that we grew apart. In High School we ate lunch down the same hallway. We talked occasionally but I can't say that we were super close. It was more of like we knew each other so we'd say hi.
Then after we graduated she moved away for school. I stayed home and went to school. After a few years or so of school my friend moved back home, so she was close to me again. This is when we became close friends again.
We started to go to church together, we did a few things here and there together, we even began to take a class together. Then came the time for me to move. I remember the last thing we did together. I miss hanging out with her. I miss how she made me laugh.
The picture you are looking at is after our High School graduation. As you can see my tassel is on the wrong side, I was embarrassed when I found that out. Thinking back to that day we had no idea what was to come in our lives. I'm happy we became friends again. I think we talk more now that I've moved than when I lived right around the corner from her. haha!
