It was now 4pm on friday, Grayson had dropped Laila off at her house after school and they both started to get ready for the homecoming football game. Once the game was over they were gonna come back to Laila's house and get ready for the dance since she lived closest to the school. Laila braided her hair into 2 dutch braids on the sides of her hair, She put on a gray tank top and a red flannel on top of that and tied it at the bottom. She paired that with light washed knee ripped jeans with white low top converse. She did her makeup normally but put on a deep red lipstick.
Grayson slicked his hair up and put in his cute flamingo earring. He top on a white polo shirt with a red light coat on top. He put on a pair of black ripped jeans and black and white vans. He of course put on his watch that he wore all the time and ran down stairs to see his twin brother in a pair of sweatpants and a sweatshirt laying down in the living room, eating popcorn and watching netflix. "E, are you not going to the game? Or the dance?" Grayson asked. Ethan looked up at his brother and said "Of course not. I have a girl coming over any second now and were staying in for the night." "Oh... Who?" Grayson asked. "Mia, Mia Williams." Ethan said. "Oh, well have fun." Grayson said as he grabbed his keys, his wallet, and his phone and went to his truck."
Once he got to Laila's house he went up to the door and didn't even knock before Laila's little sister Gracie opened the door with a smile on her face and hugged grayson at his waist. "Hiiiiii Graysonnnnn." She said with a smile on her face with her head against his body. "Hi miss Gracie, where's your sister?" Grayson asked. "Upstairs, i'll get her!" She said as she ran to the stairway and yelled "LAILA! GRAYSON IS HERE!" and looked back at grayson and smiled. Laila came skipping down the stairs and saw Grayson and almost fell down the stairs. "Are you okay?!" Grayson asked as he ran toward the stairs. "Yah, you... you just look so handsome it kinda just blew me away." Laila said. "Another cheesy line." Grayson laughed and kissed Laila on the forehead. "You look beautiful, as always." Grayson said and kissed Laila. "Now you have my lipstick on. Sorry honey but it's not your shade." Laila said and smiled. "Gosh darn." he said as he wiped his lips. "Then what would be my shade?!" he continued. Laila laughed and said "Hum... maybe like a deep brown or maybe even a nude pink." "I heard the word nude... i think mac needs some jesus." Grayson said as he opened the front door for Laila as they were about to leave. "BUY MOM AND DAD! BE BACK SOON TO GET READY AND FOR PICTURES! LOVE YOU!" Laila yelled across the house and they left and closed the heavy arches wooden doors behind them.
