Afraid of the Granny Who Lives Next Door
I'm afraid of the Granny who lives next door to my home.
I think she's a Hermit, a Witch, or a Grumpy Old Troll.
She always stares from her window as she hides from the sun.
She's not a vampire, if she was, wouldn't she be young? One Halloween night with full moon was when it all begun.
I watched as little one's entered, always one went missing.
What horror I thought, that poor kid now caught in her death trap.
Then she'd look over with red eyes, I learned not to stare back.So now I tell all my good friends of this secret I know,
as for the kids who harm me, I smile, and let them go.
Now when I spot granny in her chair behind her window,
she would always give me a wave as a sign of Thank You!
