The Beast Within These Woods
Folklore speaks of a cryptid man-like beast,
whose known to traverse among these dark woods.Standing nine feet tall, mostly nocturnal,
covered with red-brown hair from head to toe.Weighing five hundred pounds, he makes no sound,
as he stares at us from a short distance. It's no wolf, not a bear, nor a cougar.
Up here he's known as Sasquatch or Bigfoot. But no need to fret, as we’re not dead yet,
to stay alive is somewhat quite simple. To simply ignore, would be your only chore,
and resist the temptation to look. For if your eyes meet, you’ll unleash this beast.
Within seconds we all will be consumed. So stare deep in the pit; wish it to split.
Remember, you've invaded his domain.Respect this biome as if it was home,
and leave it as clean as it was first found. From within these woods watching, Sasquatch is stalking,
he would not hesitate to use you as his broom!
