A week later
I got to school and as soon as I stepped out my car there was this sweet scent in the air. I was met by my friends as always and we walked into the school.
"Kendra. Will you come here for a minute please?" The principal called from the office door.
"Yeah." I said. "See you guys in class." I said to my friends as I walked over to the principal. He motioned me to walk inside the office and I did.
"This is our new student. Lydia Johnson. I'm sure you won't mind showing her to her classes right." He said and I nodded. This Lydia girl was actually cute. She had a tiny frame, long, thin, light brown hair and electric blue eyes. I could tell just by the way she sat that she was shy. I smirked to myself as I motioned for her to follow me. The halls were already empty as we began to walk down them.
"I'm sure I can find my classes on my own." She said quietly."
"I'm sure you can but it's not everyday that I get to walk with someone as cute as you." I said and I instantly saw her cheeks go pink. I smirk as I looked at her.
"Stop flirting." She said jokingly. Then I grabbed her wrist and pressed her to the wall. Her eyes were wide as she looked up at me.
"Trust me. You'll know when I flirt." I said and then I placed a kiss on her nose. Her cheeks were even redder and I took her schedule from her hand.
"Lucky for you. You have all the same classes as I do." I said. "Come on, I'll show you to your other classes. Then we'll go to our actual class." I said and she nodded.
It didn't take long to show her, her classes and introduce her to her teachers. We were heading to our actual class and she stopped walking.
"You okay?" I asked. She looked at me and shook her head.
"I'm sorry to pry but are you lesbian?" She asked and I chuckled.
"What gave it away?" I said. "Ah, I know. It was the kiss." I said as I winked at her. Her blushed furiously and shook her head.
"Well, not only that but every time we walked into a class some of the girls were drooling at the sight of you." She said and I chuckled.
"They all do that. Come on." I said as I walked in our class.
"Ah, Kendra. I was wondering when you'd be joining us. Oh, this is miss Johnson I assume. Welcome. Please both of you take seats." He said. We both nodded and turned to the seats. I saw as there where only two seats left open and there were on opposite sides of the room. I grabbed Lydia's wrist and pulled her towards my seat.
"Hey ladies would y'all mind scooting down one seat. Y'all will be my favorite if y'all do." I said and instantly they scooted down.
"There now you sit by some one you know." I said and she gave me a small smile.
"Who's the cutie Ken?" Nick asked. I saw her cheeks go red and she lowered her head.
"The cuties name is Lydia." I said as I pulled her desk over to mine. I heard her gasp and then look at me.
"Ha, don't worry Lydia. Ken's a bit of a flirt." Luke said.
"I already know." She said as she blushed.
"Ah, get a little action in the hallway did we?" Mason said as he wiggled his eye brows.
"My love life is none of your business nerd." I said jokingly as I punched his arm.
"Ow! Damn Ken. That right hook of yours is crazy." He said as he rubbed his arm. I chuckled and shook my head.
"Then stop trying to scare her off." Was my only reply as I wrapped my arm around her. As I looked around the room I saw all the girls look at Lydia with envy. I leaned in so I could whisper in her ear and she jumped a bit. I chuckled and then spoke.
"Your very lucky. I usually don't give much girls this kind of attention. They envy you." I whispered. She looked to her side and quickly turned around when she saw them all looking in our direction.
"Can you make them stop?" She asked quietly.
"I don't think they will." I replied and then she looked down.
"Don't do that." I said as I lifted her head. "I can't see those beautiful eyes of yours." I said as I winked at her. She blushed and shook her head. The bell rung signaling the end of class and I walked her to our next class.
The classes went on the same and it was time for lunch now. Lydia said she was going to go wash her hands and that she'll meet me in there. I sat down at my original table right in the middle of the lunch room along with my friends.
"Oh crap." Mason said as he looked up.
"What?" I asked.
"Your ex is walking this way. Looks like she wants you back." He answered. Crap was all I thought before she was at my side.
"Hey Ken. What are you doing later? Maybe we can, you know, hang out." She said. I turned my chair around and looked at her. As always she was wearing her short clothes along with tons of makeup. I saw as Lydia had just walked in and she was heading to the lunch line to get her food. She'll be here any minute and I needed to get rid of her.
"Yeah look Paige, I don't think I'm into getting back together." I said.
"Well, maybe you you need a little reminder." She said. Then she climbed on my lap and kissed me. I felt so disgusted. I heard as something fell to the floor and then I was able to get her off me. She looked shock and I saw as Lydia was looking at me with wide eyes. Then she ran off. Crap. I said and then I ran after her.
