Kendra speaks to me every now and then to tell me they are getting closer. I know they are to. The closer they get the stronger our bond becomes. It became weak really fast once we weren't together. But it was coming back.

'Hey babe. We're heading out now. I'll see you soon baby.' Kendra said in our mind link. She said that it would take them two days to get here from Marks pack house and it was the second day now. I would be lying if I said I wasn't excited.

"What are you so happy about?" My father said as he walked in the room.

"I-I was just enjoying the feeling of my baby kicking. She's amazing. I love it. The way she just flutters around." I said as I looked down at my belly.

"Stop. That's not going to change my mind. I won't tolerate having a grandchild that has two moms. That's not how it's supposed to be. That baby is a disgrace." He said as he looked at my belly in disgust.

"Don't say that. You know deep down you don't mean that." I said. I knew that deep down he still cared. He wanted to be a grandpa but he couldn't get over his beliefs and accept me and my new family as we are.

"You don't know what I actually mean." He spat. His face was as hard as stone. He was trying so hard to act like he didn't care.

"No matter what happens you're still my father. I know you better than what others do. I've grown up with you. I've learned that you care most about something when you try so hard to act like you don't. When your face becomes as hard as stone. That's when you really care. I know you care father." I said. I saw how much me talking to him like this affected him. It always did.

"Shut up. You'll be dead soon." He said as he walked out the room. I let out a loud sigh and lowered my head.

"He has a soft spot for you. That's obvious." Paige said.

"I know. I just didn't turn out the way he wanted me to. I'm sorry I got you dragged into this." I told her.

"No we wouldn't be here if I wouldn't have gone into the woods. I should have at least told Mason I was going into the woods. Its all my fault. We shouldn't be here right now. We should be home. At the pack house. With our mates." She said. I shook my head.

"Paige. Every thing happens for a reason." I said and she nodded.

"I don't know what I would do with out you." She chuckled. "You always see the positive side of things. You don't hold grudges against anybody. You're always so caring. I guess that's why you're Luna." She chuckled again.

"I don't know why I'm Luna. You saying that really makes me happy though." I said and she smiled.

We stayed quiet while the blood suckers were in there. Which was for hours.

'Are y'all okay baby?' Kendra's voice came in through the mind link.

'Yes we're fine. How far away are yall?' I asked.

'We can see the house. We stopped to work out a battle strategy and we'll be attacking from all angles. Do you know how many vampires are inside? We see about twenty outside.' She said.

'From what I know, there's only the two who have been switching out shifts on watching us. Then there's my father.' I told her.

'Okay love. Thanks. We are about to set our plan in motion. I'll see you real soon baby.' She said.

'Okay babe. Love you. See you soon.' I said. Then she didn't answer back. I knew they we concentrating on their plan. They wanted us back. Then the door opened only to reveal my father holding a gun in his hand. Paige quickly stood up and tried to get to me.

"No. Don't please. Kill me. Kill me not her. Please." She begged. She was trying as hard as she could to get free.
"Shut up!" He said as he pointed the gun at her. "Just shut up you pathetic piece of crap. This isn't your choice. Be glad the boys think you'd be a fun one to tangle with. You have nothing to do with this. I just couldn't let you go. Not after you knew the plan." He chuckled. Then he turned his attention back to me.

"You're right. I do care but I know I have to do what's right. People like you can't infect other innocent people. I'm sorry. I just won't let you live." He said as he shook his head and then lifted the gun towards me.

Just as he was about to pull the trigger there were screams and loud growls being heard. They were here. I couldn't help the smirk from forming on my face.

"Shit. How many?" My father asked.

"I'm not sure. But we're out numbered by a lot." The other guy said. At the mention of them being out numbered made me happy.

"Shit. Alright um here take the gun and hide it. We don't need any of those damn mutts using it. And make sure they don't get in here. We need to transfer the prisoners. Keep them away from the house as long as possible. And tell those two idiots to get in here to help me." He said to the guy and he nodded.

"Yes sir." He said and then he was off. My father immediately started digging in his pocket for what I think was the keys to mine and Piages chains. Once he found them the two guys ran in.

"About time you two got here." My father growled.

"Sorry sir." They both said. Then I was free of my restraints. Then the first guy grabbed my arm as my father went to undo Paiges restraints. Once she was free, about fives wolves barged into the room. Immediately I notice Kendra and Mason. They were the first two in. Then came Luke and Trevor. The other I think was Mark. They were all growling furiously.

"Remeber. He's mine." A familiar voice said as they walked in.

"K-Kelly? What are you doing here? You left." My father said.

"I'm here for my daughter Tom." She said sternly. "She will come back with us. And so will Paige." She added. Then as if they rehearsed it Mason Luke and Mark attacked the vampire holding Paige and Kendra and Trevor attacked the one that was holding me. I wasn't even touch as they attacked him. Then I noticed as Victor walked in. My father still had his eyes on my mother in shock.

"Babe." I heard Kendra say. I turned to see that she had shifted and was now standing at my side. She enveloped me in a hug and buried her head in the crook of my neck.

"I missed you baby." She said

"I missed you too." I said as I wrapped my arms around her neck.

"Kelly look at them! How can you accept them? They're disgusting!" My father exclaimed.

"I accept them because I know what it's like to have a mate. You will never have one." She said as she began walking towards him.

"Come on babe. Lets get you home." Kendra said as she pulled me towards the door and out the house. The only thing I heard was my father's screams and then nothing. He was dead. I knew it. But I was with Kendra now and that's all that matters. We were free...
