Others smiled back at yung iba ay tumango. Pagpasok ko sa opisina ay sinimulan ko ang araw ko sa pagtitimpla ng kape. I smell it and I can't stop to giggle. I'm really addicted to the scent of coffee that makes me feel calmness and peace.
Sumilip ako sa may bintana at pinagmasdan ang pag-sikat ng araw. Woah, such a wonderful thing to start my day. I looked at my table and noticed the thick layers of paper works to do. I sighed. This will be a long day for me.

I start singing this Colbie Caillat song. Ito ang naka-ugalian kong i-play everyday. A good song to have a good mood for the morning. After that, I start doing my work. I'm working in a publishing company so, yeah.

After couple of minutes, she replied me a "SuRe XD Tnx p0"
I edited some of her works and finished it on lunch time. I turned my chair and look at the glass window. From here, I can see the highway downward. Woah, traffic. I stared down for a minute then decided to go out for lunch. McDonalds, McDonalds, McDonalds.~
I clicked the G button on the elevator, meaning Ground Floor. When I go out, I saw my other co-workers going outside the building.
"Lori, wanna join us?" Stella asked me.
"Uh? Next time nalang. Thank you," I smiled at them.
"Your smile is really angelic and so is your face. I can't help to admire and envy you," Stella replied.
"Hahaha! Binobola mo naman ako.."
She smiled at me then waved her hands. Hindi na ako sumama dahil napansin ko na kasama niya yung boyfriend niya. I don't want to disturb them. I started walking to the McDonalds since it's just a walking distance from here.
Habang naglalakad ako ay dumaan ang isang kotse na tumatakbo ng mabilis. Nang dumaan iyon sa harap ko ay tumalsik sa damit ko ang mga putik sa daanan, I sighed. I regret not having an extra shirt today.
Bumaba mula sa passenger seat ang isang lalaki na matangkad. He looks at me with a 'sorry face'
"You alright? I'm sorry. It's my friend who's driving recklessly. But since he's a heartless asshole--"
"Hey I can f*cking hear you from here! Damn it, F*ck you!" it's a voice coming from the driver's seat that makes me drop my jaw. A cursing machine indeed.
"I'm sorry again for his attitude.. Uh, your shirt... Umm, is a mess?"
"HEY! F*CK IT! IT'S BEEN 5 F*CKING MINUTES THERE! I'M LOSING MY PATIENCE" it's the cursing machine again.
"Shut up, Man. I'm fixing the mess you made."
"Sige, okay lang.. Balik ka na dun, galit na yung kaibigan mo.."
"Eh? How about your shirt?"
"It's fine.." I smiled at him
"Sige, alis na ako.." but before he enter the car, he get something from his wallet and gave it tome. It's a calling card.
"Just call me when you need something.. I'm sorry again"
"Alright"
I continue walking to the McDonalds. And yeah. With a dirty shirt. Others looked at me like I did something terrible or just commit a murder and I just ignored them and go to the counter instead. I ordered french fries, a chicken fillet, and a chocolate sundae.
I proceed eating and finished at exactly 12:30. I have 30 minutes left so I decided to use it to go to the tiangge to buy a shirt. Just tiangge, because hello. If I will go the mall, the things there are expensive and I'm not rich.
Inisa-isa ko ang pasok sa mga bilihan at bumili ng damit na hindi gaanong makaka-apekto sa budget ko ngayong araw. After buying a simple shirt, I proceed walking back to the company. Before going to my office, pumunta ako sa restroom para magpalit ng damit at pumasok na sa loob ng opisina.
I continue my work, editing, e-mailing the authors, then typing. It goes on that system and finished it on past 5:30. Inayos ko na ang mga gamit ko at naghahanda para umuwi.
"Bye bye manong guaaaard~" bati ko kay Kuya.
I smiled at my co-workers and they smiled back at me. When I completely go out the building, I waved my hand and shout "Taxi!"
Huminto sa harap ko ang isang taxi at sumakay na ako sa loob. Itinuro ko sa kanya ang daan hanggang sa huminto ito sa harap ng bahay namin. Nagbayad ako at kinuha ang sukli pati na rin ang mga gamit ko.
"Mama.." I reach her hand and put in my forehead. "Si Logan po?"
"Nandun sa kwarto niya. Pagkatapos mong kumain at maligo ay magpahinga ka na"
"Opo.." I smiled at her.
Umakyat ako sa hagdan at agad kong tinungo ang daan papunta sa kwarto ni Logan.
"Logan?" It took 3 knocks before he opens the door.
"Ate.." he kissed me on my cheek and hug me. Such a cutie little brother.
"So, lil bro. How's your day?" I asked him
"Uh.. There's a girl that creeps me out. I think she's a stalker of mine."
I can't help to laugh at his frustrated face, so cute.
"It's improper to call a girl like that." I pat his head and kissed his forehead as a sign of good night.
He just kissed me on my cheek again and waved at me before I leave his room.
After eating, naligo na ako at bumalik sa kwarto ko. I open my laptop and sign in to my Facebook account. After scrolling and scrolling and scrolling, I logged out.
Kinuha ko ang unan sa gilid ng kama at humiga. I remember the calling card that the guy gave me earlier but I decided to just check it tomorrow and closed my eyes.
It's been a long day..
