I woke up because of the sound of my alarm clock. I check the time and it's already 6:00 am, I have 1 hour to fix myself before going to my work.
It took 20 minutes before going out from the bathroom. After that, I go down for the breakfast.
"Good morning po!" I uttered and smiled at them then proceed to eat.
Kumakain ako nang mapansin ko si Papa na nakatayo sa gilid ng pinto.
"Anong meron?" I asked. Kapag pumupunta siya roon ay may ibig sabihin.
"Wala naman.." he replied.
"You can fool the whole world, but not me." I said directly.
He just laughed and look at me with a very sad eyes. Kitang kita ko ang mga luhang nagbabadyang tumulo mula sa mata niya. Nagkamot siya ng ulo at nag-iwas ng tingin.
"What happened?" I asked again.
"Tinanggal ako ng boss ko sa trabaho.." he said.
"It's fine. Instead of thinking the problems and negative things, why don't you find a solution while enjoying your life? It's not yet end of the world," I said and tapped his shoulder.
"Oo," he smiled and hug me. I hugged him back
"Mama, aalis na po ako!" I said loudly dahil nasa kusina siya at baka hindi ako narinig.
"Ate, bye.." Logan said while his lips are formed with a pout, meaning he wants to kiss me on my cheek.
I lower my body para maabot niya ako. He gave me a kiss and wave his hands as a goodbye. I get something from my wallet and give it to him.
"Mama gave me my baon already," declining the money from my hand.
"No, Logan, accept this. This is from your ate. Para sa extra" I winked at him.
"Uh. Alright.." he accepted the money and waved his hands again.
I call for a taxi and stopped in front of me. I waved my hand to them and give Logan a flying kiss. Bago ko maipasok muli ang wallet ko sa bag, naalala ko yung card na binigay sa akin ng isang lalaki kahapon.

I looked at that for a while and can't help to notice his almost perfect face. So, Andrei huh? Itinago ko nang muli ang wallet ko sa bag at umupo nang tahimik sa sasakyan with earphones on.
The car stopped in front of the building. Nagbayad ako sa kanya at hinintay ang sukli ko.
"Ingat po kayo, kuya! God bless po!" I said. He just smiled at me. I waved at him until he was gone on my vision.
"Good morning po!" bati ko kay Kuyang Guard at sa iba ko na ka-trabaho. They smiled at me and greet me back.
Nagtimpla ako ng kape at muling pinlay ang "Brighter than the Sun by Colbie Caillat" and start doing my job.
I was in the middle of editing some manuscripts when the telephone rang.
"Meeting daw sa AVR, in 5 minutes. Make it faster guys. It's from the president!"
I hang up and fix the papers above my desk and walk towards the AVR as fast as I can. Nakarating ako doon at napansin na hindi pa kami ganoong ka-kumpleto. Paglipas ng ilang minuto ay dumating na ang lahat. The president clapped twice as a sign of the start of the meeting.
"So good morning everyone. I called for an urgent meeting because of this.."
He showed us a powerpoint presentation showing the sales for the month. Kapansin-pansin ang pag baba nito.
"So any suggestions?"
Others raised their hands and gave their opinion towards the topic. Nagtagal ang meeting ng isa't kalahating oras. We go back to our places and continue our work.
I was typing something when the telephone rang again.
"Hello Good morning, who was this?"
"Uh, this is Andrei" I remember his voice. He's the guy yesterday with a reckless friend.
"Do you need something?" I asked at him calmly. Nagtataka din ako kung paano niya nakuha ang telephone number ng pinagta-trabahuhan ko.
Hindi siya agad sumagot kaya muli akong nag-Hello.
"Oh, sorry sorry. I can't help to admire your angelic voice. By the way, I called because.. Uh, you didn't call me yesterday or last night?"
"Haha! You said I will call you when I need something.. I didn't need something from you." he chuckled.
"Will you mind if I ask you for a lunch?"
"Oh, okay.."
We said goodbye to each other and hung up the phone. Pinagpatuloy ko ang ginagawa ko hanggang sa bumukas ang pinto and I can't help to be shocked. Paano niya nalaman ang opisina ko? Parang nabasa niya ang iniisip ko at nagsalita.
"If you're thinking how I know your company or the number.. I noticed yesterday that you're wearing a corporate attire, meaning that you're a worker from a company. It's lunch time so I assumed that you're going to a nearby fast-food store. Since you are just walking, it means that you are near from it. And this is the nearest possible place that you might be working." I can't help to be amazed on his observation. So great.
"The telephone?" I asked again.
"Connections" he smiled at me.
He waited patiently, sitting on the couch while I was fixing the mess on my table.
"Tara na?" I asked him and he just nod.
"San tayo?" he asked.
Nandito kami ngayon sa loob ng sasakyan niya and deciding where to eat.
"McDonalds?" I said with a wide smile.
"Weird" he whispered but I heard it so..
"I am not.." I replied with a low voice.
"Alright" he just drive until we reach our destination.
"Anong oras ang tapos ng lunch mo?"
"Mga one siguro.."
"So, dito na lang tayo kumain."
"KKB tayo ah. Wala akong pera panlibre sayo" tanong ko sa kanya
"KKB?" he asked with a puzzled look.
"Kanya kanyang bayad! Hahaha!"
He looked at me for a few seconds and laughed.
"Why are you laughing?" I asked.
"You're so cute.. Do you think I will ask you for a lunch if I will not pay for you?" he shakes his head while laughing
"Fries. Chocolate Sundae. Chicken fillet." I replied when he asked me what I want.
"Same for me" he said to the counter and pay for the foods.
Nag-tigisa kami ng tray since hindi niya naman kayang buhatin iyon. We sat on one table and start eating our lunch.
After finishing my chicken fillet, sinawsaw ko ang fries sa chocolate sundae. He looked at me again with a "what-are-you-doing look"
"You're really weird.."
"Masarap kaya, try mo!"
"Naah" he said while laughing.
We finished our lunch and he drive me back to the company and accompany me until to my office.
"Thank you!" I said. He just smiled at me
"We should eat together more often.." He waved his hands and go out to my office.
I start editing again and finished it 30 minutes before ng uwian. I just play with my phone. After 30 minutes, pumara na ako muli ng taxi para makuwi.
