The Castle

I stared at the strange girl in front of me. She remained quiet, not saying anything along with everyone in the room. Even the....maids....well, as I prefer to call them, women, didn't say anything.

"Um....hello. My name is Isa-, umm.......E-Elsaira." I stuttered and she just looked at me. Her mouth opened slightly and then she smiled.

"Pleasure to meet you....I'm Vivianna. Anna for shorter." The girl, or my so called sister said as her eyes flashed to my puppy but didn't say anything. Her voice was like little bells, beautiful, she was lovely. With the tone of her voice, she sounded very optimistic.

"Anna....well, nice to meet you. I barely came. I'm sorry for interrupting you and your family but they brought me here and-" I started but she cut me off.

"Pardon, but you my older sister. Meaning my family, is your family as well." Vivianna said to me trying to be as polite as possible. What can I say? She's a princess, she probably knows how to be more fancier than me.

"Well, it is getting late. We will discuss everything you need to know tomorrow. Anna will go to school, and you will stay here and get to know as much as you can." Manny said to me. Anna smiled and nodded.

"Nanette, has volunteered and will now be your personal maid, and will assist you in everything you need. She will in charge of showing you around your new room, and any question you have, you may ask Nanette. All Royal woman have a personal maid. There is also Hayden, Hayden is Anna's personal maid." Idun said to me and stood up. A woman about her early 20's looking age stepped up and stood next to me.

"My name is Nanette, and I will be your personal maid." The women, Nanette, said. I nodded and looked at Manny and Idun.

"Alright, um....where is my room?" I asked them and they smiled.

"Nanette, show her to her room." Idun said to Nanette and then turned to me.

"Nanette is in charge of your needs and no one elses besides us. She does what you want, not what the rest of the workers here say. If a worker says they want Nanette for help, you say she is not to help them if you don't want her to help." Manny said to me. I nodded but I didn't like the thought of having Nanette help me in everything.

"Good night Elsaira. Good night, Anna. Good night, Jackson. And um....Olaf is allowed to sleep with you if you wish." Idun and Manny said and they turned around to leave. I stood there awkwardly as Jack smiled at me and handed Olaf to me. I smiled at him and he kissed my forehead.

"I'll be back tomorrow. Don't worry." Jack said and I nodded as Jack left.

I looked at Anna and she smiled at me.

"Instead of Elsaiara, I'm going to call you Saira for short." Anna said to me. I raised an eyebrow.

"Well, night Saira." Anna said and looked at the woman behind her.

"Let's go, Hayden." Anna said to the woman. Hayden nodded and they left upstairs as well as Manny and Idun did.

"Um....can you show me to my room, Nanette? Please?" I asked Nanette and she nodded. She started to walk and I followed her. We went up some stairs that were big but not that high up.

"So....do I have to memorize the whole castle?" I asked awkwardly and she smiled at me.

"Well....not really. At least not the whole castle. Just most of it, for now, though I am more than sure that you will know your way around soon once you are shown every room, you're highness." Nanette said to me formally. I sighed.

"Um....okay." I mumbled and followed her down a big hallway. It was a huge hallway in both the size and the tallness if the walls.

"Here is your room, you're highness." Nanette said stopping at a big door. All the doors looked the same but there weren't many doors together, they were far apart. I hoped I knew which one was my room tomorrow and not get lost.
