I had to get myself back on track. I had been slacking on practice. Mulan declared me distracted and I obviously couldn't tell her about the boy's so I gave the excuse that my parent's trip was getting to me.
"Keep you head straight, this balance helps you coordinate objects. You know how to meditate but you must learn to know how to handle the meditation." Mulan said as the stack of books was on my head. I was trying to do this all while holding two swords and trying to practice a few tricks on them.
"Careful. Steady." Mulan said softly as I swung the swords in the air. When I was finished she smiled in approval as I removed the books from my head.
"Perfect, tomorrow we will be learning more about swords and maybe more fencing." Mulan said and I nodded.
"Alright then. Thank you for coming, Mulan." I said and she nodded. Mulan curtseyed and left. I walked through the hallways and saw a maid.
"Get the carriage ready." I said and she nodded and hurried away. I went upstairs to my room and showered as I changed into a purple lavander dress. Nanette came, put my hair up into a bun, my light pink eyeshadow, no foundation of any sorts, and put my eating on. I put on my high heeled slippers and we walked downstairs. Olaf was already with his leash and in the carriage. Chris helped me in the carriage, Nettie quickly followed after me."To Belle's house please." I said and he nodded. The carriage then headed to town. I tried to keep my face straight ahead and looked through the windows of the carriage.
"Princess." Nettie whispered and I looked at where she discretely pointed. I saw Derek and his brothers walking in a street accompanied by an older woman. She looked a lot like Derek and Jay, but nothing like Will and Liam. Was I missing something? I tried to cover myself with my fan as the carriage passed by them. Nettie had her hair up and had makeup on as well, which hopefully they would not notice.
We passed them and got on Belle's road as the carriage headed to her house. I could see her pouring water on her roses. The carriage reached it's stop letting me and Nettie out.
"Belle!" I yelled slightly and she turned around and smiled. She set down her pouring metal thing and came to me.
"Hey, glad you could make it. Hello Nanatte." Belle said and I smiled.
"Hey, I've been meaning to talk to you. Privately." Belle said to me and I nodded.
"I will be inside, your highness." Nettie said and I nodded. Belle and I walked to her garden by ourselves.
"What's up?" I asked and she looked at me.
"Does Nanette have a cousin? One named Natalie? I've never seen a Natalie here that was related to her." Belle asked and my heart immediately dropped.
"These boys, they came to ask if we knew a Natalie, they claimed she was Nanette's cousin. They said they were just looking for someone named Crystal but they didn't really give me much details. They said that perhaps I knew who Crystal was or who Natalie was because I was your friend, and Nannette was your maid, so I must've known something." Belle explained with confusion.
"What did you tell them?" I asked with guilt and fear burning in me.
"I simply said I knew you and Nanette but that I didn't really know Nanette's side of the family." Belle shrugged and I sighed.
"Saira, what did you do?" She then asked with seriousness.
"Um.....just.....you know....dressed differently.....and.....snuck out and might have met them in the karaoke downtown making them think my name is Crystal." I said really quickly and then sighed at the end.
