Sneaking Out By Myself

Why did I do it? Why did I sneak out? What was it about leaving in the middle of the night without any supervision? Why did I like it? They were questions Nanette asked me every minute as soon as I had told Anna I was tired enough to go to bed. Nanette was helping me put my wig on.

I now had on brown straight hair, my platinum blonde hair was toied into tiny braids and then tucked into a bun so the wig could go over it easily. Nettie pinned down the wig and used a straightner to straighten the hair more and tried to comb it so it would look more natural. I looked at myself with my brown hair and sighed. The last time I saw myself with brown hair was 5 years ago, when I had first arrived.

"What about my eyes? They are very ice colored blue, blue eyes and then brown hair? Do you think they will match?" I asked and she looked at me.

"It looks fine to me." Nettie said and I nodded as I wiped off all the makeup I had. I sighed as I watched myself become a commoner before my eyes. Nettie then took something out of her pocket.

"What is it?" I asked and she took out wooden beaded bracelets. She put them on my hand and then a necklace made out of wood though it was not heavy. I smiled at her.

"You're jewelry as wood will give you a more commoner touch. Seeming as commoners don't wear diamonds and pearls like you do." Nettie said and I chuckled and nodded.

"Okay well, do I escape the same way as I did in Agrabah?" I asked as I put on my cape.

"Um, that would be a smart thing to do. I'll watch your back. I would suggest the Queen's Garden in the back of the castle. She has lots of trees and vines of flowers on the walls. Though I do warn for the roses." Nettie said and I nodded. I walked to my balcony and tried to think of a way.

"Go with this. I took it front the rope climbing in the training room. Do not worry, I will keep this door closed with key and I will watch out for any guards. Wait here for my signal." Nettie said and I nodded. In the mean time, I tied the rope on to the balcony twice just secure the knot and waited. A few moments later, I saw Nettie right underneath my balcony. She gave me the thumbs up and I threw the rope down I sighed. The rope was right next to wall, it was on the side of balcony, so I could us the wall for support. I tied put on my globes so th rope wouldn't hurt my hands. I crossed and was now stepping on the very edge of my balcony. I grabbed on to the rope tightly and slowly made my way to hanging off only being held by the rope and my feet planted on the wall. I slowly walked backwards as I hung from the rope and made my way down. It took several minutes for me to get down since I was on the second floor.

Once I got down Nettie hugged me.

"Be safe." She said and I nodded. I ran through the garden around the castle until I reached Idun's garden. I got to the wall and climbed up the vines. Jped in the tree and looked down. There were some bushes down there and I looked around. Nobody was here. I made a pile of snow and jumped down only to feel like I landed on a nice soft pillow. I got up, dissolved the snow and ran forwards through the bridge that allowed me to get into the town.

I took a deep breath as I had made it to town and saw people walking by. I smiled and started walking among them. I walked and walked as I saw how people stayed out and walked, other were in the park watching the stars, it was a beautiful thing I had not seen before. Arendelle in the night with the whole town just being together. I saw families having midnight views of Arendelle. It was amazing. The stars were seen however not as much since the Arendelle lights were on. I remembered how deep in the forest, stars were able to be seen by being away from all the city or town lights.

I kept walking and I heard music and I suddenly smiled. I knew where that came from. The karaoke. I didn't know if I was allowed in there but I knew that from 1pm to 10pm it was of all ages, then from 10pm to 3am, it was adults. I checked my watch, 9:48pm. I had 12 minutes here. I ran there and went to the entrance. The man outside smiled but stopped me.
