*Elsaira Moon*
I finished one song, this is good, we leave tomorrow, 3 songs should be enough for a good 4 months. We usually release a new song almost every month or every two months. I closed my book and went to my suitcase. I packed all my things from my "box of memories". I didn't dare pack a tiara. Instead, they would all be placed in the Arendelle Tower. A tower with rooms of every finest and most expensive jewelry we own. They would be under constant watch like the rest. Anna's jewelry had also been placed there.
"Is you lunch ready, Isabella?" Anna asked walking in. I laughed, she was trying to practice casual english, so we wouldn't be discovered by speaking formally on accident.
"Anna, it's casual talk, not words flipped around. Yeah, I'm ready for lunch." I said and we walked downstairs. For my last days, Nanette has taught me most of what she could in cooking.
"Oh and it's Bella not Isabella. I like only being called Bella." I said and she nodded.
After lunch Manny gave us each tasks.
"Saira, Anna, you both have the task of answering this stack of letters from the people of Arendelle and other Kingdoms. Before you leave, these letters need to be answered. You may work in the library." Manny said to us.
"Yes, father." We said together and walked to the library. The stacks of letters were already awaiting for us there on the large table. We both took a seat. We had a stack the letters that we had to answer, a stack of clean letter paper, envelops, stamps, and black ink pens.
I took the first letter and ready it. It was from a family in the farthest side of Arendelle, thanking us for everything we had done to help the market place get better fruit. The fruit was easily going bad and Manny had brought fruit from other Kingdoms.
I picked up a letter paper and wrote back. We had learned to write both cursive and calligraphy, all Royal members had to. I only wrote back a small paragraph and folded the letter putting it in an envelope. I wrote the addresses on the front of the envelope and with a wax seal stamp on the back to close it. The wax seal was red with a crescent moon on it. That was our symbol.
After about 52 letters, my hand was hurting.
"Ugh, I like answering to people but geez my hand hurts." I said in casual human talk to Anna.
"Yes, my hand is also in pain." She responded formally.
"Should we stop? We can't answer to everyone." I said and she shook her head.
"Let's only answer the ones that seem the most important. They're all important, but they can't all be answered. We'll just read the rest." Anna said and I nodded. I took out a letter and began reading.
After 23 letters being read and only 4 of them actually being answered, I found a letter that caught my most attnetion.
"Hey, Anna, take a look at this." I said and she stoppes writing and looked up at me.
"Dear Royal Moon Family....." I started.
Dear Royal Moon Family,
You most likely don't know me, my name is Charlotte, I am 15 years old, currently living in Arendelle. I wanted to tell you how grateful I am to be born in a wonderful and caring Kingdom. I do however have to say that the little attention that is now being given to Arendelle is painful.
My mother is sick, she's dying. You probably don't care, she's a simple person. One won't hurt. The Angel of Death has given my mother her time to die soon. A Spirit lives an eternity, my mother had always said, but I always knew deep within, that the Angel of Death would give our death day no matter what. The doctors say my mother has no possibility of living anymore, she will die when her day comes, but no one knows when exactly.
