Okay! Welcome! I decided to add this so nobody gets confused with the made-up terms for this stories. I recommend you check this as often as possible. I hope it helps! Please note that this is made from the top of my head. Like Paradise Lost, none of it's real. This was made for fun and for the heck of it.
Types of Angels:
Full-Fledged- An angel that has completed their training
Mid-Flights- An angel that will mainly be trained in their assigned job.
In-Training- An angel training to become a Full-Fledged. They are trained parts of the positions Full-Fledged have to understand it and to check if the position is to their appeal.
Wanderer(s)- An angel who wanders the human world aimlessly with no belief in God. Note, they do not side with God or Satan, they're neutral.
Fallen(s)- Angel that have forsaken God and have sided with Satan. Comes to deceive humans. and try to convince them to sin more, or metaphorically speaking, take a bite of the forbidden fruit once more.
Clipped One(s)- Angels that have permanently lost their wings either from a demon, Fallen, Wanderer, or any immortal-being. If an angel loses his or her wing(s) from a human or creature that were mortal, it will regrow, but it takes many months. When they lose their wings their powers are heavily drained, making them almost human.
The worst part was that without their wings they are not able to return to Heaven for some strange reason. It is theorized that the wings are the extension of their soul. The soul is sort of like the key to Heaven or Hell. With the permanent loss of their wings, it's impossible to return home with half a soul. These angels are locked out of Heaven. It has never been recorded what happens when a Clip-One dies. It may be possible for them to regain their wings, but again, it has never been recorded.
Unwinged One- Unlike the Clipped one, they're able to regrow their wings, but only if they lost it from a mortal being. It's strange actually.
Tests:
Path of Judgement - An assessment where it will determine which positions In-Trainings (soon to become Mid-Flights) will be assigned to. After they become Mid-Flights they begin the process of slowly becoming a Full-Fledged.
Assigned Jobs:
Scout(s)- An angel chosen to give updates on the human world by disguising as one.
Guardian(s)- An angel that helps guides and protects humans in the human world
Ark(s)- The highest position of that an angel could reach. They are the said to be the incarnations of health, wisdom and more. However, reaching this almost impossible.
Guard(s)- An angel that protects humans live in Heaven or Purgatory.
Soldier(s)- They fight conflicts between creatures that dare to challenge Heaven or God
Messenger(s)- Angels that gives the word of God to humans.
Overseer(s)- Angel that help guide humans and help them adjust to their new life.
Fate(s)- An angel that is to judge a human soul if it is to be placed in Hell or Heaven. They also decide on other affairs such as deciding if a demon has permission to become an angel, reassignment of jobs, and rarely crimes committed in Heaven or Purgatory.
