(JJ's POV)
My hands were clenched into fists. My nails, digging into my skin. I was invigorated with anger. My teeth clinged to my bottom lip.
"JJ, what's wrong? Why do you look so angry?" Jack spoke. I gave him the evil glare. "What?"
"Why didn't you tell me?" I asked, my voice weak.
"Tell you, what?" he retorted.
"You honestly don't know?" I was getting impatient.
"No. What are you getting at?" he questioned.
"How do you know Paisley?" I asked.
"We were good friends sophomore year. " he replied.
"And?" I don't care how rude I have to be to get it out of him.
"And, what? She stopped talking to me. What was I supposed to do, follow her around 'till she talked to me again?" he responded.
"No, You stopped talking to her! Now tell the truth!" I shouted.
"Wait, what?! I did not do that. She ignored me! Not the other way around." he responded.
I walked closer, and closer to him. Glaring him in the eye. I grabbed hold of his ear, and pulled.
I pulled him over to the room door, and knocked.
(Paisley's POV)
I heard a knock at the door.
"Bonnie, get the door." I said, not looking up from my book.
"JJ, what are you doing?" Bonnie asked. I looked up to see JJ dragging Jack by his ear.
"Tell the truth!" JJ shouted, throwing Jack on the floor.
I stared right at his face, not blinking my eyes.
"Why are you doing this?" Jack managed to say, out of breath.
"You know what you did. Why lie about it?" JJ asked.
"I'm not lying! Paisley, tell him I'm telling the truth." Jack pleaded, looking to me.
"Why would I say that?" I smirked, "You can tell him. I'm not gonna take the blame for your stupidity for not telling your own family what you did."
"I told you how I felt. You didn't tell me it hurt you that much. How was I supposed to know?" such pity. I can't believe he doesn't see how arrogant he is.
"I cried right in front of you, and you told me to stop, as if I was embarrassing you!" I shouted, "How could I not be humiliated, angry, and worse, I was rejected. It was one of the worst days of my life. It was heart breaking. Does that tell you much?" I spoke in a monotone.
My eyes started to become blurry, from the tears welling up in my eyes. These memories of him are making my head and my heart ache.
I looked down in spite of my shame. Whipping my tears, I felt a hand placed on my shoulder.
I looked up to see Bonnie at my side, and Jack starting at me in dispare. "What?" I muffled.
"You- you're so pretty when you cry." Jack stuttered.
OH HELL NO!
"Get out!" I spat.
"What, Why?" he quivered.
"She said, get out!" JJ and Bonnie yelled, simultaneously.
I stood up from the bed.
"Jack, you need to leave." I said as I pushed him to the door.
"No." he refused to move.
"Jack. Leave!" JJ said sternly.
"No. I will not leave. Not until Paisley says she forgives me." he retorted.
"I will never forgive you, no matter how charming you are. Now leave." I ordered, not caring if I hurt his feelings.
"No!" he shouted. JJ began to push him out of the door and into the hallway. Closing the door behind him.
(JJ's POV)
I pushed Jack out of the room, and out of Paisley's sight.
"Why must you always be so arrogant?" I asked, shaking my head.
"I'm not the one that has fallen for a girl that is incapable of love. If she can't forgive and forget, how do you expect her to love you after what you did." he replied.
I lunged forward, attacking his face with my fists.
HAHAHA, another cliffhanger! I love leaving the chapters off with a cliffhanger, but they never seem to be long enough. Well, I hope you enjoyed the longer chapter. 'Till next time my loves, lots of love!!!!<3
