TV CREW: And we are on!!

BIANCA GONZALEZ: And we are back, and as promised we are now with the new UAAP Women's Volleyball champions  The Ateneo Lady Eagles, good morning fellow Ateneans!!

ALE: Hello, good morning!!

BIANCA: Wow!! the new champions, can I say first that Iam so proud? nakaka proud talaga, for a long time Ateneans are waiting for this and you guys are now in history for giving it to our school for the first time, how does it feel? Alyssa you are the  team  captain so ano kamusta ang pakiramdam after last nights victory?

ALYSSA: How does it feel? Sa totoo lang it's so sureal pa eh, sabi nga namin kanina paggising namin "totoo ba'to? may interview kami kasi kami yung nag champion?" di parin makapaniwala, tyaka yun nga sa tagal namin, nating hinintay na makuha to is just now overwhelming siya, sa totoo  lang para kaming high lahat.

BIANCA: Ang saya noh? Kungsabagay ako alumnus sobrang saya eh, how much more kayo mismo,  kay Coach naman tayo, Coach how does it feel? You are new in the team, the team is in transition, there are a higher percentage of new talents than the veterans in the team, how does it feel?

COACH TAI: Actually from the start the game plan is to hone the talent of everyone especially the  rookies, because we can't expect them to play like a pro like their seniors do,  and we don't expect ,ok we wanted to be in the final four atleast, but to win the championship I think it is just a bonus for the long hours of practice, and I can say that we are "heart strong", Iam just too proud that I can see a brighter future for the team especially for our rookies.

BIANCA: You mention the rookies, how hard is it coming in for a team which have 5 rookies? Are they hard headed, immature?

COACH TAI: The immaturity is always there, I cannot take it from them because they are young, fresh from highschool, sometimes their decissions inside the court causes the team's errors but come on these kids are determined, even sometimes immaturity surface I still can see in their eyes how they badly love the sport and the school, so for now Iam contented with that but not untill they are sophomore, no more immaturity then, and I think everyone in the team even the seniors have their fair share of "pain-in-my-ass" once in a while, sometimes the seniors are the  ones who are so "makulit and pasaway"

ALE: Hahahahaha, oo nga nman..

BIANCA: Hindi na siguro mawawala yun...ok...you guys went through a lot this season, rookies starting up for the games, may mga talo kayong games na halos magpalaglag sa inyo sa final four, yung absence ng fab 5, for you Marge, gaano kahirap yung naging campaign niyo amidst all that?

MARGE: Sobrang hirap, yun nga wala na yung fab 5, tapos ang daming rookies, sino ba naman ang magi-expect sa team namin na makapasok man lang sa final four diba?, Tapos may mga fans pa na laging naka-bash sa team kahit manalo kami o matalo, pero lahat ng yun siguro ginawa nalang naming motivations, tyaka talagang nagdasal kami na sana maging maayos parin ang run namin bago matapos ang season, tyaka ginawa talaga namin lahat para mapasaya namin yung mga taong sumsuporta sa amin lalo na ang buong Ateneo community.

BIANCA: Dennise naman, siyempre, best digger, best receiver, maraming nagsasabi na sobrang  deserve mo itong award na ito, and being the best in the league, nari-realize mo naba ngayon kung gaano ka vital yung naging role mo sa team for you guys to win the championship? Considering that way back you are  a spiker.

DENDEN: Di ko na masyadong iniisip yung award, pero thankful ako siyempre, pero  kungbaga nga bonus na lang siya sa kung anong na achieve ng team, with or without the award I'll be grateful na nakatulong ako sa team na makuha yung championship. Sabi nga namin ni Alyssa  ipagpapalit namin yung awards namin para lang sa championship thropy. As for  being the team's libero, mula nung sabihin sa akin na ako ang magiging libero, alam ko na na ako dapat ang magtrabaho ng extra, kasi nga dati nung spiker pa ako nakikita ko yung extra effort ng libero namin, kaya alam ko na hindi pwedeng walang extra effort sa part ko, kasi kung talagang poor ang floor defense mahirap sa isang team ang maka create ng magandang play. At thankful naman ako na sa akin ibinigay ang tiwalang yun.

BIANCA: And the trust is worth it...sa rookie naman tayo, Julia Morado, wow! rookie and yet you are sitting in the second position for the best setter next to offcourse Kim fajardo of DLSU,needless to say that you are the sucessor of Jem Ferrer who is we all know is one of the     best if not the best setter in UAAP history, but come on  you really have a bright future ahead of you, how does it feel to be filling the shoes of Jem Ferrer and being the trusted setter of the team? Many sports writter are saying that konti nalang someday you will be on top, kamusta yun? Nararamdaman mo na ba na sa next season e mas malaki na ang expectation sayo ng mga tao?

JIA: Thankful naman po ako na na-appreciate ng mga tao yung pinaghihirapan ko, pero yung pressure po siguro ayaw  ko muna i-entertain ngayon parang mas gusto ko munang i-enjoy yung championship, tyaka ayaw ko siyang tignan na pressure siguro mas motivation to  do better, tyaka thankful po ako sa mga coach namin  na every now and then nagtuturo sakin ng mga diskarte, tyaka sa teamates ko na nagtiwala sakin na kaya ko i-deliver yung bola sa kanila.

BIANCA: Oo nga i-enjoy muna ang championship title, pahinga muna sa pressure, so girls any message to the countless numbers of fans who supported you?

ELLA: Una po salamat sa lahat ng mga  sumoporta samin throughout  the season, win or lose lagi kayong nakasuporta salamat.

AMY: Also to our sponsors who supported us, untill next season :)

MAE: Also to our family, thank you we love you..

MICH: Siyempre po sa buong Ateneo community, sa mga Alumni, salamat po sa suporta.

BIANCA: Sa mga haters niyo any message? You guys made them wrong.

"Sa lahat po ng bashers namin, salamat po sa inspiration, we know that this win is never enough for you, pero salamat parin, tyaka bahala na ang nasa taas sa inyo" :)

BIANCA: Ok, thank you girls, ayan for sure mahaba pa ang araw niyo sunod sunod yata ang interviews kaya salamat dahil sinimulan niyo dito sa UKG, Congratulations again talagang nakaka proud. So there you have it guys your Ateneo Lady Eagles the new UAAP Women's Volleyball Champion hope this will not be the first and last, diba girls?
