Sarah stood in her parents bedroom clutching her bear, tears ran down her cheek.

"Mummy!" She called, her voice was high.

Rose instantly popped up, the Doctor sat up a little before Rose pushed him back down, "I'll do it."

Sarah walked closer to the bed, "I had another bad dream."

Rose swung her legs over the side of the bed and stood up. She held her hand out, taking Sarah back to her room. She set Sarah on her bed and wiped the tears off her face.

"Do you want to tell me what happened?" Rose asked softly.

Sarah nodded, "I lost Jack and I couldn't find either of you. I was scared."

Rose pushed her messy dirty-blond hair out of her face, "Being alone and lost is scary."

"What do you do?" Sarah asked.

Rose smiled, "I don't give up looking, even if it takes years. Also, I try to keep other people around me so I don't feel so lonely."

"And when you find what your looking for?"

"Make sure not to lose it again."

Sarah nodded, "Can you tell me a story?"

Rose chuckled and nodded, "What do you want to hear?"

"About what you lost."

"Well, it started when I nineteen," Rose paused for a second to think back and gather her thoughts, "It was your father actually, I was trapped and he couldn't help me. He was always there before that, saving my life. This time I was left alone, I knew I had to get back to him. So naturally I went to the people I trusted the most. We looked and looked until we came across the place with a thing that could send you to a different place. But only if you really want to be there. Finally one day I knew something bad was happening, all the stars in the sky were going out."

Sarah jumped up a little, "I remember that story!"

Rose nodded, "So I finally found the right place and the right time. I found your dad, he was as happy to see me as I was to see him. It was two years since we last saw each other."

"But," Rose poked Sarah's chest, right over her heart, "As long as you believe in them here. They'll get back to you."

Sarah smiled, her eyes drooped. Rose gently pushed her back and tucked her in. She sat on the bed of a while making sure her daughter was asleep. Watching her chest all and rise and her eyes flutter as she slept. Finally Rose began to leave, quietly walking towards the door.

Right as she began to open it Sarah's sleepy voice came from behind her, "What if I get lost? You can't find me?"

"I would never give up on finding you. Even if took me a thousand years." Rose said, looking behind her.

"Love you, mummy."

Rose smiled, "I love you too Sarah."
