Mother's Day

Rose woke up to the rustling of sheets and the bed dipping due to a new weight to the bed. As she slowly opened her eyes she saw the Doctor with a beaming smile and a small plate for breakfast. He gently kissed her forehead, sending a blush throughout her body.

"Happy Mother's Day!"

Rose raised her eyebrows in suspicion, "Doctor, unless you've gone insane and are imagining things. We don't have any kids."

He laughed a little before handing her the plate.

"Yeah, well tell that to the Time Tot."

"Time Tot?"

The Doctor rolled his eyes, "Baby Time lord."

"You aren't saying....?" Rose said, a smile spreading across her face.

The Doctor nodded and Rose almost threw the plate of food away as she gave him a tight hug. He began to laugh with excitement and pushed her back onto the bed. He hovered over her before kissing her deeply. She giggled slightly and wrapped her arms around his neck pulling him closer. He smiled and pulled away slightly.

"Wha'?" Rose breathed catching her breath.

"You should eat."

"But I wanna kiss." She said leaning back to him.

He sat up to his knees with a sly smirk and shaking finger, "Nah ah ah. You need to eat and keep yourself and the baby healthy."

Rose sat back up and breathed out, "Baby."

"So new, isn't it."

She nodded, "How did you find out in the first place?"

"Awesome, super-duper Time Lord senses." He pointed at his head.

Rose raised her eyebrows and grabbed the plate from the nightstand, she stared at him. Waiting for the real answer.

"Time Lords have a telepathic sense and can sense other Time Lords. No matter how little Time Lord they are. So the baby is just beginning to form it's mind telling me there's another one of me around."

"But how did you know it was a baby?"

"Just a little click, it fit perfectly into my mind with a impression of you and me with a strong bond."

Rose just nodded, taking in all the new information. The Doctor smiled and moved next to her stomach, and lifted up her shirt slightly. A small bump was already forming.

"And how couldn't you notice a missed week and gaining weight?" He asked her with a smirk.

"Time traveling messed the cycle up and I just thought I was gaining weight with age." Rose said plainly.

The Doctor nodded before placing a hand on her stomach. Rose smiled at the simple act.

"Hello Little One, this is your daddy. Yup! Your dad is right here! So is your beautiful mummy." He cooed.

Rose just giggled and took his other hand, he looked up at her with bright eyes.

"I love you." He said, holding her hand a little tighter.

"I love you, and little one." Rose said, her eyes gleaming with tears.

I wanted to write a fic where the found out Rose was pregnant and this is all I could think of and wow. I think it's sweet.
