A/N: I'm back, this was requested by @loves_DOCTOR_WHO, a very close friend of mine. I hope you enjoy!!

The Doctor walked across the nearly abandoned parking lot, it was Tuesday. Kids at school, people at work, and Rose waiting on the Doctor. He felt giddy over seeing her again, even though it had only been a weekend without seeing her. He missed her, it was lonely in the Tardis without her. When he walked inside, only a couple teenagers and a adult on a laptop were there. Rose was at a table in the corner, swinging her legs and looking out the window. The Doctor smiled when he saw her. Rose just happened to look his way, she jumped up and pulled him into a hug.

"Hi!" She said happily.

"Hello." He said his smile becoming larger, Rose pulled him over to the table.

"I didn't hear the Tardis."

"Oh, I parked her over a couple blocks." The Doctor said nodding his head to the right.

A woman came up, holding a notepad and pen, "What can I get for the lovely couple?"

Rose blushed and looked down, while the Doctor just looked at the woman; a hint of pink on his cheeks.

"I'll take a plain coffee." He said, his voice high than usual.

"Same." Rose said.

The woman nodded and walked away, leaving Rose and the Doctor alone again. They made eye contact and blushed.

"Errrr..." The Doctor stuttered rubbing the back of his neck.

Rose smiled, "I guess it was the hug."

The Doctor shrugged and looked out the window. They both knew that had feelings for each other, they were just scared to admit to them. They were unsure how the other would react.

"What did you do while I was gone?" Rose asked, changing the subject.

"Saved the world twice and bought bananas." He said.

Rose rolled her eyes, "You and your bananas."

"Oi! Bananas are great!" He said.

"I'm not saying they aren't."

The Doctor just nodded, he found himself just looking at her. Her golden hair fell gently around her shoulders and she wore a simple hoodie and jeans. Like always, each time he saw her though, he found her more beautiful than before. He smiled to himself. The woman came back and gave them their coffees, the Doctor nodded at her and smiled.

Rose sipped on her coffee, "Where are we to next?"

"I don't know, maybe Greece or early America." The Doctor said looking up.

"America sounds nice." She responded.

"It's beautiful, movies and new inventions. Like Sheerly Temple and The Muppets. TVA and Radios, the camera. All those classic westerns and the blues."

Rose laughed, "I see you enjoy that time period in general."

The Doctor nodded, "The movements they had there, it changed the world."

Rose watched his eyes light up as he went on and on. He looked as happy as he has ever been, his eyes looked a lot younger than they were lately. Tiny droplets of water began to hit the window.

"Did I mention it doesn't rain as much there, well, besides Seattle and New Orleans." The Doctor said.

"That's a plus, I've always wanted to go to Las Vegas and Hollywood."

"They're both amazing, you just have to watch yourself in Vegas."

Rose smiled brightly, she knew she would be the one watching him. Keeping him out of trouble, like always.

"Will that be it for you?" The woman was back, this time holding the receipt. Rose nodded and pulled out her wallet, but the Doctor stopped her.

"I'll pay this time." He said. The woman left as soon as the Doctor paid, taking Rose and The Doctor's cups with her.

"What do you mean this time?" Rose asked suspiciously.

"I still owe you back for our first date." He said smiling.

"So that's officially our first date?"

"I guess."

The Doctor stood up and held out his hand, "To Las Vegas?"

Rose took it and laughed, "It's about time."
