Someone New

Rose, the Doctor, and Sarah all sat in the living room; Jack claimed that he had a surprise for them all and they should all be prepared for something, or someone new. Rose prayed it wasn't another stray, they already had two teenagers, a part Time Lord, and a cat in the house and she didn't need anything else to take care of.

Sarah typed away on her laptop, sighing every once in a while. Rose attempted to watch telly, but the Doctor kept giving her looks from across the room; she just rolled her eyes and shook her head. A few minutes later, the sound of Jack's music caught everyone's attention.

"Finally." Sarah muttered under her breath.

The Doctor gave her a look. Only moments later, two voices filled the kitchen of the house; both boys. It sounded like they were arguing before Jack cut the other boy off.

"Mum! Dad! I'm home." He called.

"We're all in the living room." Rose responded.

They both walked into the room, a curly hair, dirty blond standing a couple inches under Jack; he stood stiffly when they came to the middle of the room. Jack said something to Sarah to gain her attention, which caused a rant, which caused a argument between the two.

"Oi, alright you two, settle down. Jack, what did you want to show us?" The Doctor said.

Jack scratched the back of his neck, ginger hair (Most likely inherited from the human side of the Doctor) falling into his face. Sarah raised her eyebrows; Jack was never like this unless it was bad news or something they probably didn't understand. .

"Um, this is my, er, boyfriend: Theo......" He trailed off, looking between his parents as they gave each other a look. Rose smirked and the Doctor stood up, holding his hand out to Theo.

"'Ello, I'm John." Rose came to stand next to him, "This is my wife Rose, obviously."

Theo smiled crookedly, "Hi."

Jack threw a arm over his shoulder, "See! it hold you they wouldn't be that bad."

"I'm still here ya' know?" she waved from the love seat.

The Doctor stood to the side, "That's Sarah."

"I've heard a lot about her." Theo stated.

Sarah gave Jack a glare, he just winked in return. Theo leaned closer to Jack.

"I thought they didn't know you were pan." He muttered.

Jack grinned, "They didn't."

The Doctor and Rose have each other another look. Only if this boy knew who he was named after.
