Jack walks to the window, he turns and looks at me.

"Meet me at the abandoned house in the morning." He whispers. I nod and take a deep breath. "Garrison and Cameron are in Pennsylvania, get them and meet me at the abandoned house at five-thirty." He instructs me and hands me the address.

"What if my family goes after them? What if I get to them and it's too late? What if they catch me?" I ask.

"Relax, everything will be okay, I promise." His voice soothes my worries, I nod once more and watch him jump out of the window.

I put my phone in my pocket and take off out the window. I head for the woods, I begin to run, feeling the earth beneath me. I look at the trees passing by, as the wind runs through my hair. A low whisper comes from the trees, I stop and look around.

"Alright gang, we have a bigger issue at hand. My daughter, Leah, has been taken by the wolves. We need to stop them before they kill." I hear Mom's voice speak.

"They have a new alpha, we need to take the alpha down, the rest of the pack will leave when she's dead." She adds.

"Hold on, we are not killing my daughter." Dad protests.

"Do you want her to kill us?" Mom asks. Dad remains silent.

"We have to kill her." Dad whispers in despair.
I can't believe what I'm hearing. My own parents want to kill me. Instead of arguing over this, I continue running.

Finally over the Pennsylvania line, I look for the guys. I unfold the paper and look at the address, 2122 Waywan avenue.

I run down the street, this street is like a graveyard. Usually, by 6 am everyone is outside and going off to work and school.

"2110, 2112, 2114, 2116, 2118, 2120, 2122." I count the houses on my way past. Finally at 2122, I knock on the door. Cameron opens the door and pulls me in for a hug.

"You're alright." He acknowledges. I smile.

"What's going on? Why are you here?" He asks. He lets me in the house and leads me to the kitchen.

"Where's Garrison?" I ask.

"Is that Leah?" Garrison asks from the other room. He comes out of the room and into the kitchen. His wide smile spread across his face calms me. He picks me up and spins me around in the air. His lips crash against mine, my hand reaches his jawline. He wraps his arms around my waist.

"I missed you so much." He sighs, we rest our heads together. I smile and stand in front of them.

"Guys, I have something to tell you." I start. They sit on the counter, with concerned looks on their faces. I close my eyes and take a deep breath.

"Please don't be mad." I whisper. I open my eyes, revealing the red instead of the usual green. Their mouths gape open. "I killed Jake." I mumble under my breath.

"What?" They both ask in unison.

"He told me he was going to kill you, I lost all control and I just-" my voice crumbles. "I needed to protect you, so I did it. But now, we have a bigger problem, my family. They want to kill us." I add.

"So what are you doing here?" Cameron asks.

"I am here to warn you, you hide here until morning. Then I go back to my house to get some of my stuff." I announce. Garrison goes into the other room, and grabs his shoes.

"Why do you smell like Jack's cologne?" Cameron quietly asks.

"I was having a panic attack, he just kissed me. I pushed him away, but he calmed me and it was an instinct." I explain.

"I won't mention this to Garrison." He replies. I nod and smile.

"Thank you." I reply. Garrison walks back into the room with a gun strapped to his hip.

"I'm ready." Garrison announces. He stands patiently at the door.

"Cam, get ready, we are going back home." He commands. Cameron walks into the other room, leaving us alone. Garrison picks me up bridal style and sets me on the couch.

"I missed you." He whispers in my ear. He kisses my neck and sits next to me.

"Garrison, we have other important things to do." I reply.

"We do, but when will we get time for ourselves?" He asks.

"When we take my family down." I reply blankly.

We all start to run into the woods, trying to dodge my family. Garrison runs up to a tree and peeks around it. He waves his arm to express danger. Cameron and I split up, hiding behind large tree branches.

"Oh Leah, come on. You know we aren't stupid, we know you're out here." Dad taunts. I stand and walk to neutral ground.

"Good job, Leah. Now, where are the others?" He asks. Mom stands behind him, holding a blank expression.

"You have me, leave the others alone." I beg.

"That's what Jack begged before we captured him." Dad replies.

"He also said something about you being the alpha. Of course, we couldn't just let him go." Dad adds.

"What did you do to him?" I ask.

"Let's just say, he's not going anywhere, any time soon." Dad replies. I wolf out, a low growl escapes my lips. I hear the guys shuffling behind the trees. I inhale sharply, a loud howl escapes my lips. Loud enough to let the guys run for it.

"Leave my pack alone!" I scream. Dad pushes me to the ground and ties a rope around my wrists.

"Time to go visit your friend." He announces, my family screams and shouts for victory.
