A few years fly by as the twins grow. Now they are both five, meaning they can start kindergarten. I can't believe it's been exactly five years since I've had them.

Not much else has changed around here. Jack and I have been married for three years now. Ian and Aria are engaged, Brent and Leanne got married a year ago, Cam and Mel bought the house next to us.

"Hey babe, I think we should have another baby. It would make the girls happy." I suggest. Jack looks at me and smirks.

"We need to get the girls out of here." Jack replies. He's right. I walk into their room for a moment.

"Hey girls, what are you doing?" I ask. Markers and scribbled on paper scatter the floor. At least they are coloring on the paper instead of the wall or floor.

"We're coloring mommy!" Alani replies.

"That's great girls! Why don't you go over Aunt Mel and Uncle Cam's for a little bit?" I suggest. The girls grab their coloring books and markers, they stand up with both hands full. I make sure they are ready and walk them over to Mel and Cam's house. Mel opens the door, shocked to see us.

"Do you mind watching them for a little while? Jack and I have a few things to take care of..."

"We don't mind at all, is everything okay?" She asks. The girls run inside, giggling and laughing. Cam scoops them up in his arms and plays with them.

"Yeah everything's fine, we just need to stop at the store and take care of something at the house."

"Oh... oh! Okay! Yeah that's fine, we can watch them for a while." Mel replies. She wraps her arms around me and whispers,

"Cam and I are trying too."

"That's awesome! You're gonna tell me when you are right?" I ask.

"You are the first one I'm going to tell!" Mel replies. I give the girls a big hug and kiss and leave them to it.

I walk back over our house, Jack is no where to be found.

"Jack?" I call. "Jack? Mel took the girls!" I call again. Still no answer. I pop my head into each room, looking for Jack. Finally, I find an open fridge door. Jack stands, holding a juice box in his hand.

"Before we do this, we need to stock up on groceries." Jack replies, finishing a juice box. He slurps the rest of the juice and crushes it in his hand.

We finish grocery shopping and walk back to Jack's gray pickup with a cart full of bagged groceries. Jack throws all of the groceries in the bed of the truck. He shoves the key into the ignition and twists it, the car roars to life. We head off to the bridge. A car speeds up behind us, he practically rides up underneath us.

"What's his problem?" I ask. Jack's brows furrow.

"I'm not sure, he needs to slow down, I'm going the speed limit." He replies.

I become uneasy when a pickup truck swerves beside us and swerves right against us to get out of the cars way. A loud crash hits the truck, the truck skids off of the road and trips over a railing. It quickly tumbles over, I scream. Jack looks at me with utter fear in his eyes.

My head slams against the door frame, my head pounds. I stop screaming, my breathing is the only thing I can pay attention to right now. Utter shock pangs in my mind. Blood slowly curls down my face. My window cracks beside me, I reach over to push the door open. My arm stings, I look down and realize my arm is covered in blood.

All of a sudden, the truck rolls off of the bridge. I scream again, watching the truck tumble over. It happens so quick. Too quick to register every single thought flowing through my mind and worry about Jack at the same time. Water surrounds the truck. My leg is crushed by the case of water I had sitting at my feet. I cry in pain. I try reaching down to move the case of water, my seat belt restricts movement. Each time I move, it tightens against my chest. Jack's head flies forward, his forehead hits the steering wheel.
