One half of the world cannot understand the pleasures of the other.

Dear Ashley,
Today I went over to Tristen's house. We were hanging out in his room and he saw my wrist. He saw every single slash, new and old. He didn't say a word. He simply pulled me off his bed and onto the floor with him. For awhile he cradled my wrist in his hand like it was a delicate flower. Then, he pulled me into him and kissed me. At first it was gentle and sweet but it soon grew to be hard and passionate.
I am so grateful that he didn't say anything. He didn't have to, I knew the thoughts that were running through his mind. But he didn't judge me, and he didn't pity me. This is something I am very thankful for. I don't want to be judged or pitied, I want to be understood. I want someone to care enough to let me come to them on my own and explain things. I don't want people to feel bad for me, I just want to be seen as any other person is, and this is exactly what Tristen did. He is so kind and caring and amazing. I don't care how many stupid fights we have, it's worth it.. he's so worth it.
