I have finally written another story!! YAY!! This was requested by the lovely CatGamer360 and I need to give credit to the amazing The_Hero_Alfred for giving me the idea of putting Arthur in a dress. Enjoy~!

Arthur's P.O.V

Tonight was the night of the school prom. Where happy couples could dance, have fun and... other things, but for me I wasn't going to have this. Sadly no one asked me to the dance, so I was a loner. I was debating on even coming, but my parents said that it was "a once in a lifetime event", so I went, but here's the catch, they made me wear a green dress that matched my eyes. I was so against it at first, but once I put it on I realized this could work. As soon as I got there, though, I regretted this decision only because of one, very annoying Frenchman, that is also known as Francis.

"Leave me alone, frog!" I groaned, as I tried to find any escape route from the perv.

"But, Arthur, you are lonely and have no one. Let me show you a good time~." The Frenchman said and I could hear the smirk in his voice causing me to cringe. I still kept walking and trying to ignore him and after a while I turned around and seen him with someone else.

"Finally he left me alone." I said to myself, walking over to the snack table. Once I made it there, I got a cookie and quickly turned around, bumping into someone's chest, "S-Sorry..." I looked up at the person and blushed darkly once I knew who it was.

"It's alright, dude, but you have a great idea! Coming to the snack table is genius! Way to go, Arthur!" The blonde laughed loudly.

Alfred F. Jones, the star of the football team, every girls dream, also mine, the most popular guy in school, and my teenage heart throb, was talking to me. I didn't even think he knew I existed, let alone know my name. I blushed even more when my eyes traveled to what he was wearing. It was a silky suit with a green bow tie that matched my dress perfectly. I had to admit, he really did look handsome in that.

"You really think so? Well, thanks, Artie! Took me a while to find this tie though, I needed it to be perfect for the one I'm asking to dance with~" Alfred smiles, stuffing some food into his mouth.

"I said that out loud, didn't I?" He just nodded and grabbed a few more pieces of food. I mentally slapped myself in the face and turned away.

"So, did anyone ask you to come here, Artie?" The American asks, walking in front at me. I shook my head and tried to look at anything but Alfred's eyes because I knew I would get lost. He mumbled something that sounded like 'Great', but I just brushed it off as nothing.

"What about you?" I asked him, "I mean everyone is in love with you." I frowned.

He laughed a bit, "Yeah, I got asked by a lot of people, but the one who I wanted to ask never came, so I decided to do it myself and it will be very soon."

Alfred suddenly became silent and I choose to look at him. He was staring at me with a soft smile, making my heart do flips. "A-Alfred?"

"O-Oh, sorry. I was just... thinking." He scratched the back of his neck, obviously embarrassed which caused me to giggle.

"Well, I'll be leaving now. Goodbye, Alfred." I said and walked off before he could stop me.

~Time skip~

I walked around for a while, sometimes walking into Alfred and having a conversation with him until some random person would come up and push me away. I never did see Francis again which was a surprise, I thought he would still be trying to pursue me again. My words soon went against me when I seen Francis make his way towards me again and being me, I quickly turned around and walked away.

"Arthur! Wait!" Francis yelled, but I still kept walking, but before I could turn, someone pushed me up against the wall.

"Francis! Let go of me!" I scratched at the man's hands, but he didn't move. He slowly leaned forward, knowing I'd be kissed if I don't do anything, so I thrashed around as best as I could.

"He said get off, Francis." Someone said, pulling the other off of me. I look at the two and see Alfred, my savior, telling some to the Frenchman, "Leave Artie alone, Francey!" The American pushed Francis away and pulled me to a more private place. "Are you alright, dude?" He asked me.

I nod, "Yes. Thank you." Alfred smiles and hugs me.

"I'm happy you're okay and that I could find you. Something very important is about to happen and I needed you." He pulls away from the hug, "Come along." He says and takes me to the middle of the school gym, the perfect view of the stage, where they were just getting ready to announce the Prom King and Queen.

A few moments later the people in charge stepped up and of course Alfred had won king, "Now I will pronounce the queen!" The person said, a little too excited. He pulled out a card from the left side of his gold jacket and opened it up, "Arthur Kirkland!" He yelled and my eyes widened. 'What? Why me?' I thought, as I walked up and stood next to Alfred as the crown was placed onto my head. "Now the King and Queen will have their dance."

Alfred took my hand and led me to the center of the room as a slow song started to play. I blushed when he put one of his lager hands on my waist and the other squeezed my other hand. I put my hand on his shoulder and our dance began.

Throughout the dance, Alfred would pull me closer to him and whisper things to me, about how he had always thought I was cute and his schoolgirl crush on me. Of course I laughed at these confessions, but he just smiled with me.

At the end of the dance, the American's hand went up my shoulder and neck and rested on my red cheek as he leaned in and kissed me. It was like a dream come true! My heart was melting! When he finally pulled away, he smiled at me and the three words he said to me made that prom "a once in a lifetime event."

"I love you."
