"Nice shades, Friar." I smirked.
"How's it goin', Baby?" He nodded my way.
"It's going okay, but I can't seem to find my sweetheart of a boyfriend." I joked. He removed the glasses and grabbed my waist.
"He's right here, Dollface." He leaned in.
"I like your choice of words, Darlin'." I leaned in further and kissed his lips. He smiled through the kiss as I pulled back.
"I'm glad you agreed to going steady with me." I laughed at his words and hugged him close.
"I love you more than anything, Lucas." He wrapped his arms around me tighter.
