"She's a wolf?!" Bella exclaimed and looked at me in my wolf form.
I growled in response and strutted towards Paul. I nudged his hand with my nose and he smiled before scratching behind my ear. I purred and sighed happily.
"She's a beauty." Paul commented as I pounced on him and playfully bared my teeth. "And a tough girl, grr. . ." He growled in a joking manner. I huffed and walked towards Bella and allowed her to pet my fur, but not for very long. I whimpered as she accidently pulled fur with her nails.
Paul flinched in anger towards Bella, a wolf's fur is sacred, so his anger was justified. But he wolfed out strangely, I blocked him from Bella and nuzzled my head in his mane of fur. He sighed in content and calmed down. Let's head back home. . .I'm fine. It didn't hurt that much.
Fine. He huffed and we made our way back home both in one piece and started the bath. . .
