"I'm so sorry!" Ashton jumped to his feet.

"I don't know what came over me." Ashton bit his lip.

"It's okay, I kissed back." Luke stood putting a calming hand on Ashton's shoulder.

"No, it's not okay. I'm in love with Jack. I don't know why I did that, I'm so sorry!" Ashton shook his head.

"Right, Jack." Luke said sadly taking his hand off of Luke.

"I...should go." Ashton walked past Luke to go back inside.

"Ash, wait." Luke grabbed his arm.

"Don't go." Luke begged.

"Jack would be crushed if he knew. I have to tell him." Ashton shook his head pulling away from Luke.

"You think telling him is a good idea?" Luke scoffed.

"He banned you from seeing Liam cause Liam didn't like Jack. If you tell him what just happened I'll never see you again." Luke spoke in a pleading tone.

"Maybe...maybe that's best." Ashton sighed.

"Why?" Luke asked, hurt.

"Because I like you, Luke. Since the day I met you I haven't been able to get you out of my head. I don't know why." Ashton admitted.

"You like me?" Luke asked in shock.

Ashton nodded as he hung his head.

"I like you too, Ash." Luke couldn't help but smile.

"You what?" Ashton asked snapping his head up to look at Luke.

"I'm crazy about you." Luke said taking a step towards Ashton.

"No, you can't. Jack will flip out if he finds out." Ashton panicked.

"Why do you care about him so much for? He treats you like shit." Luke snapped.

"He does not. He just does relationships differently; I told you." Ashton argued.

"Ashton, he's upstairs fucking Alex. How can you be so oblivious?" Luke snapped. He didn't understand how Ashton was so blind.

"Why would you say that?" Ashton asked obviously hurt by the idea.

"He went upstairs with Alex, alone. Zack and Rian were nowhere to be seen." Luke answered.

"How do you know they weren't already upstairs?" Ashton demanded.

"Because Rian just pulled up with Zack." Luke sighed pointing to Rian's car. Sure enough, Zack, Rian, Brendon and Vic piled out of the car.

Ashton stood frozen.

"Rian?" Ashton spoke in a quiet voice as the drummer approached.

"Hey, Ashton. Where's Jack?" Rian smiled.

Ashton couldn't respond.

"He's inside with Alex." Luke spoke up.

"Cool, thanks. See you later, Ashton." Rian smiled as he went inside.

Ashton waited for the others to follow him in before bolting inside.

"Ash, wait!" Luke hurried after him.

He caught up to Ashton as he reached the top of the stairs.

Ashton was pissed. How could Jack do this to him? He listened for anything that sounded like Jack or Alex's voice.

"What are you doing?" Luke asked.

Ashton pressed a finger to his lips as he heard Jack's laugh.
