"Noah is so cute, I can't even deal." Al groaned. She really had an obsession with Ryan Gosling, but who doesn't?"Me? I know." Noah voice sounded behind us. We were all laying in the living room floor completely oblivious to the fact that he was in the living room on the couch. My heart beat instantly quickened at his presence.
"Noah, seriously? Go away." Courtney bellowed. They've never been able to get along-- even though it's always Courtney who is being rude.
"How about no?" He lied back, feet propped up on the arms of the couch and hands behind his head. He was in white basketball shorts, only because our school colors are blue and white. His hair was a little messy, which make him look ten times cuter than he already his, and his tired eyes were squinted from not not being able to see the TV screen well-- I'm guessing.
I think he caught me staring, because he chuckled to himself while looking at me. Why do I choose to embarrass myself like this?
"It's so obvious of what's going to happen." He raised his arm at the tv. "They're obviously going to get back together and live happily ever after." He quoted with his fingers.
"Noah, this is why I choose to not watch movies with you, you think you know everything when you don't." Courtney rolled her eyes a couple of times before speaking again.
"Is he getting on your nerves?" Courtney asked Al and I.
Shit, what am I suppose to say.
Al looked at me, waiting for me to respond to Courtney's question. Damn, why can't she answer!
I went blank for a second or so, but then I came back to reality.
"He's fine." I said before glancing at him, and then back at Courtney and Al.
"He isn't bothering me either.." Al laughed.
"Oh, really? Taking Noah's side, eh?" She rolled her eyes.
"You just can't stand the fact that you're friends don't hate me." Noah glared right back at Courtney, not really caring the much about this argument as she does.
"How about we just watch the movie?" Al asked, and we all did as she said.
"I'm gonna invite some friends over," Noah said while focusing on his phone. "Just Travis and Jake." He got up from the couch and made his way to his room. The way he walks is perfection. Everything is perfection whenever it comes to him.
"Quit." Al nudged my side and smirked at me. I'm guessing she realized I was staring Noah down. Once again, embarrassing myself.
"Wait, so Travis will be here?" Courtney yelled, making sure Noah would hear.
"Yes, but unfortunately, I don't allow my friends to like my little sister." He chuckled.
"Yeah, we'll I don't allow my friends to like my older brother." She remarked.
I heard his footsteps coming back into the living room.
He looked at me with a smirk, "too late.."
