The past two days I haven't been able to sleep. I regret pushing Noah away whenever I knew that I wanted him so badly. I've always wanted him so badly.
The weekend couldn't have went by faster, but thank god summer is in one week. I don't think I'm able to handle school any longer without breaking.
It's not the same without Courtney, and Al rarely ever talks anymore. I would hangout with Noah, but unfortunately that's not an option.
"Are you hungry, sweetheart?" My mom called me by the nickname she gave me since I was a little girl.
I nodded no before tucking my head under my pillows. My mom has checked on me every five minutes because she thinks I'm sick.
"You haven't eaten in two days, you need to eat." She sat at the foot of my bed, persuading me to eat whenever I'm not hungry. I don't understand why I haven't been hungry, I just haven't had the energy to eat. I haven't had the energy to do anything actually.
A few minutes past and my mom was still in my room. I'm curious of why she hasn't left yet, but I somewhat liked her company.
"Your father called earlier.." She said and my head instantly popped out of my pillow.
I haven't talked to my dad in years, it's not because I don't want to, he's in the military so I never get to speak to him.
"What- you didn't let me talk to him?" I asked, my voice croaked. Was I crying? I hadn't realized the tear that's sliding down my cheek.
"I didn't want to bother you, and I told him you weren't feeling well.." she said, making me angry. How could she talk to my dad without even letting me talk to him? I having seen him in three fucking years, I think I have the right to talk to him as well!
"What did he say?" I asked, trying to lower my temper. Being mad at mom will not help anything.
"He told me how much he missed us, and that he would try coming home as soon as possible." She said, wiping the tear under her eyes.
I know how much she misses him, she's been so lonely since he left.
"When do you think he will come down?" I asked, hugging my pillow.
Mom stood up and walked towards the door, "Soon Baby, I promise."

I decided to actually attempt to get dressed for no apparent reason. It's better than laying in bed all day, thinking about the same things over and over.
Somehow, there just wasn't a way to get Noah out of my head.
I pranced myself downstairs and into the kitchen, where I spend of my time of course.
"Are you finally going to eat?" My moms smile brought me a little happiness. Although my mom is in her late thirties, she is beautiful. People tell me I look like her; I honestly don't see it.
She has naturally lengthy blonde hair with dark brown eyes, where I have wavy long hair with green eyes. Is it sad to say I wish I looked like my mom?
I answered her question by grabbing a bag of blueberry pop tarts out. These will be the death of me.
"How about you invite Al over?" She asked, leaning herself against the counter.
I grabbed my phone from the counter top and sent her a quick message.
"Where has Noah been, I haven't seen that punk lately." She smiled at me, obviously I didn't return the smile.
"You won't be seeing him again, and neither will I." I said popping the blueberry joy into my mouth. Her jaw dropped.
"And why not? Was he cheating on you?" I don't feel like answering her questions.
"No. Mom. We weren't even dating." I rolled my eyes at her, she crossed her arms, acting as she didn't believe me.
"Stop lying to me Breanna." A smirked formed on her face. She's acting as if she knows my life or something.
"Mom, we weren't dating. He never wanted to date me." Popping another piece of the pop tart into my mouth, I turned myself around, walking to my room.
"Then explain why he asked me for permission." Her arms were still crossed, as a smirk was plastered on her face.
"Permission for what?" I stopped and turned around, I had a strong feeling that I knew what she was meaning by that.
"Permission to date you." She smiled, "Now, I know you guys were dating."
"Mom we weren't dating! He never asked me out!" I raised my voice, but instantly brought it back down, "When was this?"
"Like two weeks ago."
Exactly.
I nodded and walked to my room, and my phone buzzed. The reminder of me texting Al came back.
But the name on my phone was not hers, it was Noah's..
