I'm at mansion, in a huge room, looking in the mirror at my white lab coat and Doctor Badge, and see the man from the dream walk behind me and put his arms around my waist. "Hello." He says, smiling. "Hi. Ok, so, I have to pick up the cake for the Twin's Birthday, ok? And then you'll pick it up from the Hospital?" I ask. "Mhm." He says, and starts kissing my neck, and I laugh. "Elijah, the kids could walk in any second." I say, and he laughs. "The door is closed. So we have complete privacy." He says, and I turn to him, and kiss him. "You're a great, husband, you know that?" I ask, and he laughs. "You're innocence fuels this family." He says, and I smile, and hear a knock on the door. "We're leaving." John, the eldest twin, says. "Bye guys." Miranda, the youngest twin, says. "Bye, Happy Birthday." Elijah and I both say at the same time, and laugh. "Aren't they just wonderful? Our magical children from the Doppelganger line." He says. "They sure are. Doesn't it feel good to be human?" I ask, and he laughs. "Yes, it does." He says, and kisses me again, and I wake up, gasping, and see a man in black clothing, sunglasses, and a hat, carrying me, as I'm panting. "Please." I whisper, and we walk into a room, and he sets me on a couch, and I notice my hands are tied up in front of me, and he takes his gloves off, then his hat and sunglasses, and then his jacket, and sits next to me, as I notice my feet are tied, too, and he untied them, as I gasp, and he unties my hands. "What do you want?" I ask, and he shushes me. "Please, I'm hurt." I say. "I know." He says, and his eyes change to red, and his veins pop out, and I gasp. "Just a taste." He says, about to bite my arm, as I scream. "Trevor!" A dark haired woman says, and we look at her. "Control yourself." She says, and I pull my arm back, looking at him, as he lets it go, and I look back at her. "Buzz kill." He says, and walks off. "What do you want with me?" I ask. "My God, you look just like him." She says, and I shake my head. "But I'm not. Please, whatever you." I say, sitting up, as she interrupts me. "Be quiet." She says. "But I'm not Alex." I say, and stand up, walking over to her. "My name is Ethan Gilbert. You don't have to do this." I say. "I know who you are. I said be quiet." She says. "What do you want?" I ask, and Trevor comes, and slaps me, and I go flying to the couch, unconscious. I wake up to hear the woman talking. "How's the boy?" She asks. "Still passed out." Trevor says. "You didn't touch him, did you? I mean, you slapped him pretty hard. You broke skin." She says. "Give me some credit. So you called him?" He asks. "No. I called one of his contacts. You know how this works." She says, as I slowly sit up. "Did you or did you not get a message to Elijah?" He asks. "Elijah? From the dream?" I ask myself, and walk to a wall, and see them talking. "They say he got it." She says. "Wonderful. And what?" He asks, and I feel blood drip down my left cheek, and I touch it with my left hand, and wipe it on my pants. "So, that's it, Trevor." She says, as I slowly begin walking. "He either got it, or he didn't. We just have to wait." She says, as I put my left hand on one side of the wall, catching myself. "Look, it's not too late. We can leave him here. We don't have to go through with this." He says. "I'm sick of running." She says. "Yeah? Well, running keeps us from dying." He says. "Elijah is old school. If he accepts our deal, we're free." She says, as I open the door, slowly, and it creaks. "You!" She exclaims, as I look at her, and she approaches me, and Trevor walks off. "There's nothing around here for miles. If you think you're getting out of this house, you're tragically wrong. Understand?" She asks. "Who's Elijah? Because according to the weird dreams I've been having, I'm married to him in them." I say. "Hm. Weird. Well, he's you're worst nightmare." She says, and walks off. "Why am I here?" I ask, as she turns on the lamp, and walks over to the window. "You keep asking me theese questions like I'm gonna answer them." She says, beginning to cover up the window. "Why won't you?" I ask. "That's another one." She says, and I walk down the steps. "You got me. Ok? It's not like I can go anywhere. The least you can do is tell me what you want with me." I say, and she walks over to the books on the table. "I personally want nothing. I'm just a Delivery Service." She says. "Delivery to who? My weird dream husband, Elijah?" I ask, and she gives a small laugh, going through the books. "Two points to the Eavesdropper." She says, and I walk closer to her. "Who is he? Is he a Vampire?" I ask. "He's one of the Vampires. The Originals." She says. "What do you mean, the Originals? Like, the First Vampires?" I ask. "Again with the questions. Haven't the Salvatores been teaching you your Vampire History?" She asks. "So, you know Stefan and Damon?" I ask. "I know of them. A hundred years back, a friend of mine tried to set me up with Stefan. She said he was one of the Good Ones. I'm more of a sucker for the Bad Boys, though, but I digress." She says. "Who are the Originals?" I ask, stepping closer, and she turns around, looking at me, as I have my arms crossed. "Trevor and I have been running for five hundred years. We're tired. We want it over. We're using you to negotiate ourselves out of an old mess." She says, and I stop closer. "But why me?" I ask. "Because you're a Popova Doppelganger. You're the key to breaking the Curse." She says. "Curse? The Sun and the Moon Curse?" I ask, and she rolls her eyes. "Ohh. You do know your History." She says, nodding. "What do you mean I'm the key?" I ask, stepping in front of her. "The Moonstone is what breaks the Curse." I say. "No. The Moonstone is what binds the Curse. Sacrifice is what breaks it." She says. "Sacrifice." I ask. "The blood of a Doppelganger. You're the Doppelganger. Which means in order to break the Curse, you're the one that has to die." She says, and I gasp. "Tell me more." I say, as she approaches me, and I hear footsteps behind me. "Captivity has made him pushy, eh?" He asks, as I look at him, and he picks up a woooden cover for the window. "What do you want to know, Doppelicious?" He asks, smiling, and covers the window. "Who are you running from?" I ask, and he approaches us. "The Originals." He says. "Yeah, she said that. What does that mean?" I ask, and he kicks a book past me, and I flinch. "The First Family, like you said. The Old World." He says, and points behind me with his left index finger, and puts his hand down. "Rose and I pissed them off." He says. "No." She says. "Correction. I pissed them off." He says, walking past me, and points at her again. "Rose had my back." He says, and points his hand down, and looks at me. "And for over half a Millennium, they've wanted us dead." He says, picking up a red book from behind him with his right hand, and throws it on the ground in front of me, as I step back. "What did you do?" I ask, and he turns around. "He made the same mistake countless others dis. He trusted Alexzandr Popova." She says, as I look at him. "Alex." I say. "Mm. The one and only. The first Popova Doppelganger." She says, and walks past me. "I helped him escape his Fate." Trevor says, as I look at him. "And now I've. Sorry, we've." He says, pointing behind me with his right index finger, and puts his hand down. "Been marked ever since." He says. "Which is why we're not gonna make the same mistake again." She says, as he picks up a book with his right hand, and sets it back down, and walks past me. I walk back to the couch, and sit down, and put my feet up, and see something under my right foot, and lift it up, and see it's a piece of paper, and I pick it up with my left hand, and open it, and turn it the right way. "Stefan and Damon are coming for you. M." I read to myself, and close the paper, and look back at it, and crumble it, looking forward. I have my legs up, and Rose grabs her back, and I look at her walk to the chair, and set it down, and see Trevor walking down the stairs, frightened. "He's here." He says, and I put my feet down, turning my body forward, and be points at Rose with his left index finger, walking past her. "This was a mistake." He says, and puts his hand. "No, I told you I would get us out of this. You have to trust me." She says. "No! He wants me dead, Rose!" He exclaims, pointing at her with his right index finger, and puts his hand down, walking past him. "He wants him more." He says. "I can't do this. You give him to him." He says, pointing at her, then to me with his right index finger, and puts it down, as she approaches him. "He'll have mercy on you, but I need to get out of here." He says, and she takes his hands. "Hey. What are we?" She asks, and he closes his eyes, and breathes, looking down, and looks up back to her, and opens his eyes. "We're Family." He says, nodding. "Forever." He says, and she nods, and we hear a pounding on the door, as it echoes, and he looks behind him, and she looks at me. "You're scared." I say, and he looks back to her, and she looks back to him. "Stay here with him. And don't make a sound." She says, and lets his hands go, and runs off, and up the stairs, and he looks at me, sighs, and looks back down. I'm walking around, holding the crumpled paper, and hear footsteps, and put the paper in my right pocket, and turn around, and see the man from the Dreams, standing at the top of the staircase, and we both gasp. "You're.." I say. "As are you.." He says, and dashes towards me, as I gasp, and he stops at my lips, and smells my neck, and looks up, as I'm breathing heavily. "Human. It's impossible. Males can't procreate, and yet here you are. It wasn't Alexzandr I saw. It was you." He says. "The Dreams." I say. "Yes. I've quite experienced them as well. Hello there." He says, smiling. "Well, we have a long journey ahead of us. We should be going." He says, and I look at Rose. "Please, don't let him take me." I say, shaking my head, and she looks down. "One last piece of business." He says, as I look at him. "Then we're done. You're face." He says, touching the dried blood on my left cheek, and I hold my breath, and he puts his hand down, and I breathe out, as he turns around, and walks over to Trevor. "I've waited so long for this day, Elijah. I'm truly very sorry." Trevor says. "Oh, no, your apology's not necessary." Elijah says, looking at me, and back to Trevor. "Yes. Yes, it is." Trevor says, nodding, and Elijah walks around him. "You trusted me with Alexzandr.. and I failed you." He says. "Oh, yes, you are the Guilty One, and Rose aided you because she was loyal to you." Elijah says, stopping at Rose, and looks at her. "That, I honor." He says, and steps in front of Trevor, looking at him. "Where was your loyalty?" He asks. "I beg your forgiveness." Trevor says. "So granted. Yet, you also harmed something valuable." Elijah says, and Elijah smacks his head off with his right hand, and Trevor falls to the ground, as Rose gasps, as I scream. "You." Rose says, approaching Elijah, and he interrupts. "Don't, Rose.." He says, as she's crying. "Now that you are free." He says, and looks at me, and walks over to me. "Come." He says, offering his right hand, and is right in front of me. "No, what about the Moonstone?" I ask, stepping back, as he puts his hand down. "What do you know about the Moonstone?" He asks. "I know that you need it, and I know where it is." I say. "Yes." He says, smiling. "I can help you get it." I say. "Tell me where it is." He says. "It doesn't work that way." I say, and he sighs. "Are you negotiating with me?" He asks, smiling, and looks at Rose, as do I. "It's the first I've heard of it." She says, and he looks at me, as I look at him, and his eyes change, as he's trying to compel me, and I breathe heavily, and he looks at my neck. "What is this Vervain doing around your neck?" He asks, taking my necklace off with his right hand, as I gasp, and he throws it, and grabs the left side of my head, as I hold his wrist, trying to look away from him, and he forces me to look at him. "Tell me where the Moonstone is." He says, compelling me. "In the Tomb underneath the Church Ruins." I say. "What is it doing there?" He asks, compellingly. "It's with Alex." I say. "Interesting." He says, and we hear glass shatter, and he puts his hand down. "What is that?" He asks. "I don't know." Rose says. "Who else is in this house?" He asks, looking at her, as do I. "I don't know." She says, and he looks back to me, as I look at him, and he grabs my left hand arm, as I groan, and we walk up the steps. "Be careful. My left side is permanently damaged." I say, and he looks at me, with a slightest hint of remorse. "I'm sorry." He says, and lets my arm go, and grabs my other arm. "Move!" He shouts to Rose, and we walk out of the room, and turn around, facing Rose, and I feel a breeze pass me, and we look left, and he throws me to Rose, and I feel another breeze, and we look behind us. "Rose." He says, as we look at him. "I don't know who it is." She says, and I see someone dash past us. "Up here." Stefan says, as he dashes up the steps, as we turn, facing him. "Down here." Damon says, and I turn around, and hear a weapon launch, and someone grabs me from behind, and pushes me to a wall, as I'm about to scream, and Stefan covers my mouth, and I nod, and he takes his hand off. "Excuse me, to whom it may concern, you're making a great mistake if you think that you can beat me. You can't. You hear that? I repeat." Elijah says, and I hear a ripping sound, and Stefan rubs the left side of my face, gently. "You cannot beat me. So I want the boy who someone is connected to my future of marriage in a Dream, on the count of three." Elijah says, and Stefan looks confused, and I nod, and he hands me a Vervain Grenade. "Or heads will roll." Elijah says, and I hear another huge snapping sound. "Do we understand each other?" He asks, and I walk over to the top of the stairs, and see him holding a broken wooden coat hanger, in his right hand. "I'll come with you." I say, with my arms crossed. "Just please don't hurt my friends. They just wanted to help me out." I say, and he looks at me, and dashes up to me, as I gasp. "What game are you playing with me?" He asks, smiling, and I uncross my arms, and take the hook off the grenade, and throw it at him, and dodge to the wall, as I cover my face, and sit down, as he screams, and looks up at me, as his face is bleeding, it it heals extremely quickly, as I gasp, and he smiles at me, walking up the stairs to me, and I see Stefan shoot him repeatedly, and tackle him down the stairs, and get up, and walk to the top of the stairs, and see Rose dash off, and Damon walking forward. "Just let her go." I say, and he looks at me, smiling, and I sigh in relief, smiling back, and run down the stairs, as I see Stefan, and put my arms around his neck, hugging him, with my eyes closed. "Hey, come here. Are you hurt? You okay?" He asks, wrapping his hands around my waist. "It was Trevor that slapped me." I say, as he puts his head into my left shoulder, and I open my eyes, looking at Damon, and nod. "Thank you." I mouth. "You're welcome." He mouths. "I had another dream. I was at my mansion, in a huge room, getting dressed for work at the Hospital. I was a Doctor. Elijah comes in and puts his hands on my waist, and it was our Twin's Birthday, and he kissed my neck. We were married, and they knocked on our door, their names were Miranda and John. And I said, ou're a great, husband, you know that? And he said, you're innocence fuels this family, and, aren't they just wonderful? Our magical children from the Doppelganger line. And I said, they sure are, and he kissed me, and I woke up. And then when he pulled me up the staircase with my left arm, I said, be careful, my left side is permanently damaged, and there was the slightest hint of remorse, and he apologized, and let my arm go, and grabbed my right instead. He also had the same dreams." I say. "We're going to figure this out. Let's get you home." Stefan says. I arrive home, and open my front door, and walk in, slowly, and close it, and walk up the stairs. "Ethan?!" Jeremy exclaims, and I see him and Mark. "Oh, my God." Mark says, running over to me, and hugs me, as I wince, as he has his arms around my back, and mine around his neck. "Are you okay?" Jeremy asks, as I look at him, and nod, smiling. "I'm okay. I'm okay." I say, and we release, as I look at Mark, smiling. "I got your message." I say, as he's crying, and he hugs me again, as I wrap my arms around his neck, and his around my waist, and we release, and he stops back, and Jeremy steps forward, holding the back of my head, as I have my arms his his neck, and he kisses my cheek, as we're all crying. It's nighttime, as I'm in my bathroom, and put my toothbrush down, after brushing my teeth, and sigh, and walk out of my bathroom, and see Damon sitting by my window. "Cute Batman underwear and tshirt." He says, smiling. "I'm tired, Damon." I say, and he stands up, walking over to me, holding up my Vervain necklace in his right hand. "Brought you this." He says, smiling. "I thought that was gone." I say, and he shakes his head. "Thank you." I say, reaching for it, with my right hand, and he pulls his hand back, and I put my hand down. "Please give it back." I say. "I just have to say something." He says. "Why do you have to say it with my necklace?" I ask. "Well.. because what I'm about to say is.. probably the most selfish thing I've ever said in my life." He says. "Damon, don't go there." I say, exhaling, and he steps closer. "No. I just have to say it once. You just need to hear it." He says, and nods. "I love you, Ethan. And it's because I love you that.. I can't be selfish with you.." He says, and shakes his head. "Why you can't know this. I don't deserve you.. but my brother does." He says, and I exhale again, and he kisses my forehead, and steps back, as tears drop from my eyes, and he touches the right side of my face. "God, I wish you didn't have to forget this." He says, nodding. "But you do." He says, compelling me, and I blink, and look down at my necklace, and touch it with my right hand, and look out my window, and then behind me, and to my bed, and walk over to it, and sit on the edge of my bed, and look at my necklace, and back up, and put my hand down.
