Caladwen's POV:
When I made it to Lorien, I hopped off my horse and walked along one of the paths. I had to be cautious and alert because I knew that Lorien doesn't leave these paths unattended. Meaning that they always have groups of archers guarding their paths. I stopped walking and opened one of my saddle bags. I pulled out the dress that I stole in Rivendell and changed into it. I needed to find the Fellowship and the only way for me to do that is for me to walk right into Lorien without getting caught. And in order for that to happen I needed to blend in.
I let my horse roam around, but to also remain close in case I need to run for it. I acted natural and walked around Lorien, looking for the hobbit with the ring. Everything was going smoothly. I passed many elves without raising any flags, so I must not be drawing any attention to myself.
I had finally found the hobbit, who was trying to get some sleep with the other members of the Fellowship of the Ring. There was no way for me to get down there without getting caught. It wasn't long before the hobbit stood up and started walking away. Just then, I heard someone call my name from behind me. Without hesitation, I quickly turned around and found Legolas, the elf who I had met in Rivendell and the elf I had been following.
"A (hi) Legolas." I greeted.
"I must say I am shocked to see you here." said Legolas. "But, I am also happy to see you again."
I couldn't help but smile and blush. Legolas was like no one I had ever met before. He made me feel a way that I had never felt before. I was so happy to see him again as well. But, I also thought it was the worst time possible for us to meet again.
"I must say, it is good to see you too." I added.
"Man cerig (what are you doing) here?" asked Legolas.
I paused for a moment. I needed to come up with a good lie. One that is believable, but that also doesn't raise suspicion either. It was hard for me to lie, but for his own safety, it needed to be done.
"I am visiting some family." I lied.
"For how long?"
"Not long at all."
Legolas smiled at me and I smiled in return. We talked for a while, before he had to go get some sleep for the day ahead of him. I sneaked off as I looked for the hobbit even more. I eventually found him with Lady Galadriel. I watched from the distance as Galadriel showed him her mirror and the hobbit showed Galadriel, my father's plans if he was to fail destroying the ring.
Galadriel quickly turned her head over to me. I was spotted. I guess she could sense my negative energy and the darkness of my father. My heart started to beat faster. I quickly ran away from Galadriel. I needed to hurry, so I could get to my horse without being caught. Galadriel sent guards after me because I could hear them running behind me.
"Sadron!" I called.
Sadron came galloping up the path, over to me. I stopped while the guards kept running at me from behind. Sadron was coming fast toward me and I knew he wasn't going to stop, so when the timing was right I grabbed the horn of my saddle and lifted myself off the ground as Sadron ran away from the guards. Once we were away from the guards I lifted myself up on my saddle. I stopped so I could change out of my dress and back into my archer clothes, while I waited for the Fellowship to get back on the trail tomorrow.
