Caladwen remained in the same spot, where she let Arwen escape. She looked at the path, that would take her to Rivendell. She was quiet, as she thought about many things in her head. She was waiting for the Witch-king to catch up to her, so that they could have a discussion before she would pursue Arwen.

Caladwen took a deep breath when the Witch-king finally caught up to her. He stopped his horse next to her and looked ahead. He was trying to figure out what she was looking at, but never actually figured it out.

"What has happened to the she-elf?" asked the Witch-king.

Caladwen didn't answer the Witch-king. Instead she simply began laughing. The Witch-king turned his head, so he could look over at Caladwen. He was confused why she was laughing. Nothing was funny, so why is she laughing?

"What is so funny?" added the Witch-king.

"It's funny how you are asking me what happened to the she-elf because I could ask you the same exact question." replied Caladwen. "You have had the hobbit within your reach and yet you still manage to fail."

The Witch-king lowered his head in disappointment. He knew that Caladwen was right.

"It won't happen again." promised the Witch-king.

"You're right, it won't happen again. And that is because I am pursuing the ring while you go back to Mordor and prepare for the war that is ahead of us." explained Caladwen. "Journey to Mordor and tell my father I am pursuing the ring."

"What? No you won't!" ordered the Witch-king. "You are suppose to head back with me, so that our other plans can take their course."

Caladwen grew angry with the Witch-king. Teacher or not, she wasn't going to listen to the Witch-king any longer. So she took out her sword and pointed it at the Witch-king.

"I may not be able to kill you, Witch-king, but I know that you do not want to fight me." said Caladwen. "After all, the student turns out better than the teacher anyway."

Caladwen put her sword back away. She galloped her horse away from the Witch-king and started heading to Rivendell. She was going to see her mission through, as best as she could. This was her opportunity to prove herself to her father. She wanted him to know that she didn't need a babysitter any longer.

Caladwen had finally made it to Rivendell. The sun was shinning down on the kingdom of Rivendell. It was a place that left Caladwen breathless. It was absolutely beautiful. She had never seen so many plants and flowers together. It truly captivated her attention. She rode her horse further on, so that she could get closer to the buildings. But, she had to be careful and remain alert, so that no Rivendell elves could spot her.

She eventually made it close enough to a building. So, she hopped off her horse and told her horse to stay where it was. She knew that she needed a different outfit, so she could blend in with the other elves. So she took off her black hood and left it with her horse. She secretly went to the building, in search of a dress, and kept out of sight.

Caladwen was walking through the Rivendell halls, when she heard a noise coming in her direction. She quickly opened a bedroom door and closed it behind her, so she could not be caught. When the noise passed, she looked around the room and found herself in an elvish bedroom. She quickly walked over to a chest, that was in front of a bed. She opened it and found a dress for her to wear. She took the dress and went back to her horse, where she quickly changed into the dress. She left her archer outfit with her horse as well, so that she could change when she needed too.

Caladwen looked down at the dress. She thought the elvish dress was very beautiful and would not raise any suspicion with any of the Rivendell elves. So, she walked away from her horse and started looking for the ring, along with the hobbit who stole it.
