Caladwen's POV:
It didn't take the orcs long to send them up on ladders, so they could breach our defenses. Elves and men began pulling out their swords, so they could fight the orcs coming up the wall. I quickly pulled out my sword and fought off every orc that I could. Gimli and Legolas began counting their kills, as if this was a game for them to play. Orcs even went over to the gate, so they could try and pass through.
An orc had pushed me toward the edge of the wall, to where I had almost fell of the wall to the ground. My heart started pounding by the scare. I looked out at the orc army and saw several orcs carrying bomb underneath the wall. I knew that it wouldn't be long before the suicide orc would run to the bombs with fire; therefore, igniting them and causing a huge explosion.
I turned around and got back up on my feet. I grasped my sword tight and began fighting the orc with my sword. I ended up stabbing him in the head, as my revenge for him pushing me. Once the orc fell to the ground, I immediately began looking for Legolas. I needed him to know that a suicide orc would be coming. I rushed over to him.
"Legolas, orcs have put explosives under the wall. Soon there will be an orc rushing to the explosives, so the wall with blow up." I said. "We have got to stop him before he reaches the explosives!"
I heard Aragorn calling Legolas's name. I knew right then that the suicide orc had been found in the huge crowd of orcs. He ordered Legolas to shoot him down, but as much as Legolas tried, the orc kept pushing on with everything he had. Then, the Helms Deep wall blew up. Men, elves, and orcs came flying through the air. Bricks from the wall crumbled and flew up in the air, until they came crashing down on everybody.
The explosion pushed me back, causing me to fall down to the ground. I wasn't hurt too bad, but I had a lot of pain in my back and head. I slowly got up and put my hand to my head. Things around me were in slow motion. I saw men and elves dying right in front of me. I saw orcs breaching Helms Deep and killing anyone in their path. I had never seen so much violence in my life. I hurt my heart to see. How could I let this happen? I should have never done what my father wished of me. I wished things could be different, but I know that that is never possible.
My blood boiled with anger. What was I suppose to do next?
