Caladwen's POV:

I was sitting back in my saddle, while I looked out at Minas Tirith. Deep down, I felt bad for what was about to commence. I didn't want to fight in a war, or let alone start one. But, for me, there was no way out. I had to obey my father's orders.

I often thought of Legolas, who brought joy to my heart, and light to these dark days. All those thoughts stopped when Gothmog joined me by my side.

"The army is almost ready to march." Gothmog informed.

"And the catapults?"

"Loaded my lady." Gothmog reported back.

I nodded my head and ordered, "Then, have Faramir's horse return him back to Minas Tirith. And have the army march on to Minas Tirith."

Gothmog left, to fulfill my orders. Minutes went by and I could hear the large stomps of the orc army begin to march toward Minas Tirith.

"Well Sadron, I suppose we should go join the orc army and Gothmog now." I said with a heavy sigh. "Let's get his over with."

I rode Sadron over to join Gothmog. The army started marching, and Gothmog and I rode in the middle of the army. When the army reached Minas Tirith, the gates quickly opened to let Faramir, who was pierced with two arrows and dangling from his horse's stirrups, through.

Gothmog and I rode further forward before we stopped.

"Prepare the catapults." I ordered.

Gothmog hopped of his warg and said, "Release the prisoners."

All of the catapults fired, releasing and firing the heads of dead Minas Tirith's soldiers, over the walls and into the city. I rode even closer to the front line and yelled, "Load the catapults with boulders."

The trolls picked up boulders, from the piles, and began loading the catapults with them. Once that was done, the orcs fired them at Minas Tirith. I could hear the screams and cries of people from behind the walls of Minas Tirith. I couldn't bare to think about the women and children behind those walls. Minas Tirith retaliated by firing catapults of their own. Parts of the orc army were even crushed by the boulders.

One was even headed toward Gothmog and I. Gothmog stepped out of the way, while the boulder landed in front of me, causing Sadron to rear up on his back legs. At that moment, I became completely mad. I had lost all control of my emotions. Deep down I had no idea where I stood anymore.

"Send the Witch-king and the fell beasts in." I demanded.

The Witch-king flew in on a fell beast. He started screeching, as the other fell beasts picked up soldiers and threw them from huge heights.

"Break down the gate." I added.

When the gate was broken down, orcs and men collided in an epic battle. Blood was being shed and innocent lives were taken. Weapons clashed with each other. I wanted to stop everything, but I couldn't. At this point, their was nothing I could do, but stay back and watched as orcs and men fought.
