Caladwen's POV:
Aragorn and I arrived at Helms Deep without any troubles. I am currently in the armory of Helms Deep, keeping out of sight from anyone that might know me. Or keeping out of sight from Legolas. I was sharpening my sword and daggers in the armory, when Legolas all of a sudden came into the armory.
"I wasn't sure that it was you, but now I am sure." said Legolas from behind me.
I stopped sharpening my weapons and turned around to find Legolas. I was shocked to see him again. However, as much as I was happy to see him, I could tel that he didn't feel the same way. He had a serious and angry expression on his face. I was confused, but when I looked down at his right hand I saw him holding my black cloak.
"Where did you get that?" I asked.
"I found it in your saddle bag." replied Legolas. "When I saw you arrive with Aragorn I was happy to see you, but I couldn't help but notice the cloak. The cloak that I saw a figure in the forest wear."
I lowered my head and looked down at my hands. I was busted. Legolas found out who I was, so I prepared myself for the worst.
"You are a servant of Sauron, aren't you? You have been the one following us all this way." said Legolas.
I nodded my head. I looked up at Legolas, as a tear fell down my cheek. Legolas took a torch from the wall and walked over to a large bowl, that was laid down on the floor. He threw my cloak into the bowl and lit it on fire with the torch. I was confused. What is he doing?
Legolas turned around and faced me. He said, "I don't believe that the Caladwen I met at Rivendell and the one who helped Aragorn can possibly work for Sauron. You see, I think that you are lost and you don't know what to do, so you follow his orders because you don't know what else to do."
"It's not that simply, Legolas."
"Why not?"
"Sauron is my father." I admitted. "When I was little, he found me abandoned on the road, so he took me in."
Legolas looked even more shocked than he was before. He slowly approached me. He was face to face with me. I looked up into his eyes, and tears started falling down my cheeks. I rested my head on his shoulder and he began stroking my hair.
"It's okay, Caladwen." whispered Legolas, as he comforted me.
I stopped crying and looked up at Legolas. I wiped the tears from my cheeks.
"Promise me that you won't tell anyone about this. If they find out I am as good as dead."
"How is this going to work out for you, Caladwen? What are you gonna do when the orc army gets here?"
"Promise me."
Legolas put his hands gently on my cheeks. He pulled me closer to him. It wasn't long before our lips touched and he gave me the sweetest, most gentlest kiss. He backed away for a second and whispered, "I promise."
