I can't believe I scared Enoch to death. But he doesn't like me, so why did he sneak out to come find me? He could barely sleep. Emma returned the flower crown to me. I loved the outfit she gave me but I told her I would wear it only for a day. So I changed into a night gown and pulled out my journal and began to write in it.
I got a new outfit today, Thanks to Emma! It's really pretty and she also gave me a flower crown to go with it. I kinda scared Enoch today. I don't know why but I didn't mean to. Emma told me that he was looking for me after I left her room. She told him I was in my room. He went to my room and automatically knew something wasn't right. He saw my door was wide open and that my window was open. He then searched the entire house but he couldn't find me and that's when he panicked.
He went back to Emma and told her I was missing. She didn't believe him until he showed her my room. She agreed to help him find me. They rushed downstairs almost bumping into Miss Peregrine. She wouldn't let them go find me because it was too dangerous at night. Enoch snuck out and Emma followed him. He found my flower crown on the ground near the entrance of the woods. He heard me scream and he ran towards the direction of my scream.
He found me on the ground. I was unconcious because before I screamed I saw something. I don't remember what I saw exactly. But I screamed and next thing you know I was hit in the head and was knocked out cold. When I woke up I was here at the Children's Home safe and sound. After Enoch left Emma told me more about what happened. Enoch didn't want to lose me too. I started to think about what Emma told me. "This may not seem as much but……… for once I think Enoch has changed." Changed?
I changed Enoch! But how? He is not the type of person to change. I mean last time he tried to change he went back to his old moody self. "And by change I mean he is starting to care about other people and by other people I mean YOU," is what Emma told me. Me? Since when did Enoch started caring for me? I care for him. A LOT! But if what Emma says is true then that means………… Enoch has changed. And I believe Emma. She's my friend! She would never lie to me. I closed my journal and put it on my dresser. I turned off my light. Time to get some sleep.
