Info:Poison Ivy finds herself giving Harley a stern lecture about feminism and sexism when she's at the club and interrupts her from her pole dancing.-
<<<No POV>>>
Poison Ivy held the hood of her black leather coat tightly above her head to avoid the lashing rain from hitting her red locks. The Club was in sight, the music able to be heard a mile away. She could even see the water on the ground shake whenever the beat hit a high point.
She was a few metres from the door when she decided to pick up her pace causing the puddles to splash under her feet. She threw open the door to be greeted with crowds of people. Some dancing but most were seated, having a drink in the booths.
Ivy finally landed her eyes on the main attraction. Harley Quinn was dancing magnificently in a clear gold box, with a long metallic chain hanging down from the centre.
Ivy's eyes soon began to glance over at the numerous men, ogling her with lustful orbs. She could almost see the drool dripping down their chins. She rolled her eyes in disgust at the pig-like nature.
She could see J in the one of his private booths, in deep conversation with an assumed 'client'. His booth washed out the sound from inside. For obvious reason like the sound of a gun shot.
She strode towards Harley making sure to give a death glare to any man who was looking at her the wrong way. Most of them knew who she was after the little misunderstanding last time.
Harley's blue orbs caught her in the crowd and she suddenly leaped out of the box and crouched down in the crowd. She knew she would have another lecture about feminism. Her hopes of being hidden soon fell as she looked to her side to see slightly tinted green skin with black stilettos pointed in her direction.
Looking up Harley could see the disapproval in her face already. She slowly sighed beginning to stand up.
"I thought you weren't allowed back here, Red?" Asked Harley looking around for a free booth for them to have a chat.
Ivy spotted one in the corner of the club, luckily away from the eyes of J and dragged her over.
They both sat down and Ivy spoke.
"I'm not but I wanted to see how my friend was doing." She said with a soft smile but Harley could see the urge she had to tell her off.
"Go on then, what's on your mind Red." She sighed holding up her head with her hand.
"Oh thank God," She replied loosing the smile for a stern look. "How can you be up there and dance like that for the scum to watch you?" She snapped darting her eyes around at the lowlife's.
"Don't worry Red, I just do it for Puddin'." She said with a dreamy smile.
"Well I didn't see him watching Harls. It's just demeaning. You're just dancing up there for those men to ogle you. You don't want to know what they're probably thinking." She retorted.
Harley rolled her eyes. "Well I don't care what they think Ivy."
"Well you should, because now if they go on the streets and see someone like yourself they'll just let their thoughts wash out and attack or even rape that woman."
"Well why should I care." Harley said shrugging her shoulders.
"Because the generations after this will be sexist." She growled slamming her hand on the table.
"I knew I could smell a weed." Snarled a too familiar voice.
Harley looked behind Red to see her Puddin', looking infuriatingly down at her.
"I knew I could smell death." She sighed keeping her eyes still on Harley as he walked around and sat beside her.
"Ooh looks like someone's snappy today." He chuckled with a smirk.
"Puddin' can you please not start anything tonight?" Harley asked timidly looking from the two.
"And why would I start anything Harls?" He asked but she could feel the mock in his tone.
"J, I was just speaking to Harley about being a pole dancer." Said Ivy coldly.
"Oh here we go again. Pammie once again barges in here, talks about 'feminism' and then starts a fight and gets kicked out." He snarls rolling his head on his shoulders. "It's the same fucking routine." He spat.
"Well not this time. I'm not going to start any fight, just a simple conversation if you wouldn't mind." She replied calmly hoping he would leave.
"Well I want to hear this then." He said getting more comfortable on the cream leather seat as Harley gave a worried look over to Red.
"As I was saying, before we were rudely interrupted," She said with a glare pointed at J. "You, being up there allowing men to ogle you with lust--" She was interrupted again as J held up a hand.
"--No ones ogling her Pam, just me." He said with a smirk leaning over and kissing Harley's cheek as she giggled.
"Well then you must be blind." Retorted Ivy.
"I protect my Baby from the mean men, don't I Harls?" He asked as she nodded her head with a broad smile.
"Well then you don't do a very good job, I see them all the time, watching her like she's some piece of meat on a stake." She snarled.
He growled turning his head back to Ivy with a deathly glare. "What did you say?"
"You obviously don't do a good job at 'protecting' her from those eyes." She repeated slower this time so he could understand.
"Don't you dare say I don't do a good job!" He shouted standing up from his seat as a few eyes began to stare.
Harley stood up also placing her hand on his chest gently pushing him back down. "Not tonight Pud, please?" She asked with a pleading look.
He rolled his eyes, "Fine." He muttered slouching back down. "If you're such a feminist and all Pammie, then why do you wear a bunch of makeup and tight short dresses."
"I do that for my own pleasure J, not for men."
"What like you finger yourself?" He asked with a serious look.
"No! I can get a man whenever I want with a click of my fingers." She replied.
"So, you think you're better than men?" He asked raising a brow.
"Not better, I just have more control of my mind and eyes."
"Mhm, here I can't argue with you. You're just too annoying." He said rolling his eyes and standing up. "So that means you have to get out. I just kept you here because I was having fun, but now you ruined it."
Ivy looked to Harley for an objection but she just sunk into the couch, keeping her mouth shut.
"Uhhh!" Ivy growled standing up and striding out of the club, completely ignoring the few glances at her waist line and below.
"Finally she's gone." Sighed J in relief.
"Mhm, now we can have some fun." She smirked standing up and strutting over to him.
"Yes please!"
