my dad always said that if you looked too hard at the sun you could go blind....I never believed him. he also said if I sat too close to the TV I would need glasses, still I didn't believe him. then he said reading in a dimly lit room could damage my eyesight, I brushed it off as bull. My dad happened to be right about those things and I found myself with glasses and contacts and then when my mom died he said that from here on out things couldn't get any worse.... ..for the first time...he was wrong
