It wasn't long after I had dried my tears that Prissy came in to take me back to the building. He grabbed my arm, but I didn't struggle, so he loosened his grip and jerked me up. He put the blind fold over my eyes and after walking for about five minutes I heard the door open and he shoved me inside and slammed it shut again.

I just stood there for a minute before it hit me. Prissy didn't put me in the shackles. 'Oh my God!' I whispered excitedly to myself. 'This is my chance to escape.' I felt butterflies in my stomach and my heart was racing as I finally started feeling a hint of hope.

I knew that the medicine they had given me for blocking my pack mind link had worn off, which most likely meant so had the medicine that prevented me from changing wolf.

I saw my window of opportunity and I was taking it. I would slowly open the door and quietly tip toe to the woods, then I would let my wolf free and contact Jackson.

I made it to the door and quietly placed my hard around the knob. I began twisting it to the right slowly and, sure enough, it opened.

'Guess he forgot to lock it too.' I thought to myself. I took my first step out of the building. Everything was so quiet I didn't stop to look around, I just focused on getting to the woods in front of me. One quiet step after another I was making my way when I heard a crunching footstep and immediately felt the pin pricks of needles; one after the other.

I turned around quickly to see who had stopped me. I looked up and came face to face with Silent Man. I had to be giving him the puppy dog face, because I felt so sad that he stopped me when I was so close to leaving.

Silent man looked at me, with what appeared to be tears in his big brown eyes, and spoke. 'I'm sorry' he told me in a hushed tone. 'I truly am.'

I stood there in utter shock, then asked 'Why? Why would you do that to me if you were sorry?'

He turned his head as if to make sure no one was looking, then turned back to me. 'Alpha's orders. If I didn't do this, he said he'd go after my mate and daughter.'

I felt a pang of pain in my heart for Silent Man and I looked at him with understanding. 'Its fine, really. Don't let yourself be sad over this. You're keeping your family safe and that's honorable.'

'This doesn't bring me honor. I know he's cruel to you and he's holding you against your will. I can't help but think if you were my daughter.' and with those words his voice choked up and the tears ran.

We stood there for a moment while he got himself together. I began feeling really dizzy, as if the world was spinning. I felt my body falling as my surroundings began to turn black. Before my body could hit the ground two strong arms lifted me up.

'Its okay Miss. I'm going to lay you down. Get some rest, it's about evening time anyways' and with those words I felt my body coming in contact with the floor. I heard Silent Man's footsteps and then, finally, the door close.

It didn't take but a few more moments and I fell right to sleep.

It couldn't have been that long that I'd been asleep that I was woken by my wolf. She was panicked and in a frenzy. I couldn't physically go wolf, but she was still a constant part of me. 'Wake up! Wake up!' she screamed at me.

I opened my eyes groggily and sat myself up. I didn't understand what was going on. I hoped with all I had that my pack had gotten here early, but I knew that couldn't be. My stomach twisted on the second thought of Bruce coming to retrieve me again. I groaned and the thought then I got deathly quiet when I began to hear voices near me.

'Son, your soon to be Luna, Azra, is in that building there. I would like you to go meet her, because it is very vital that you two get along.'

'That was Bruce's voice, but I never knew Bruce had a son. He was mated for a while when he was with us to a were named Anne, but she had died of poisoning. Most people thought that her passing was why Bruce went crazy, but others say he was crazy before she died.

'Thats fine. I will go visit her now, then meet you back at the house.' I heard a deep voice say.

'See you soon Logan' Bruce called back and with that I heard the door knob turning.
