No Control

Author's Note

Thank you guys so much for reading this story and sticking with me throughout two whole books! It really means a lot to me, and I know I say that a lot (and many people always say that) but I truly mean it.

Writing Stockholm Syndrome and No Control was such an amazing experience. Yes, sometimes I struggled with writer's block and all, but you guys continued to give me inspiration, and I am so thankful for that.

I have a constant tendency to want to give you guys more. Just more, more, more-- all of the time. Because that's how much you guys have done for me. You've given me more and made me realize that maybe writing is something more than just a hobby. It's basically a lifestyle. And sharing my lifestyle with so many readers is such an incredible experience.

Now, the part you actually care about:

The third book to the series will be posted sometime during the summer, so in about a month or two for me. I have no clue what to call it yet, but I'm thinking.

The story will basically be broken up into three sections: Ziam, Avianna, and Nerik. They will have different stories, but it will not be all intertwined together. The things will be happening independent from one another.

(In other words, there will be a table of contents at the beginning which will tell you which part of the story to read. And it will most likely start with Ziam unless people prefer otherwise.)

I do not have an official date of release, but my mind is set on somewhere between May 25th and June 10. No particular reason except that I will have more free time then. Of course these dates could always change.

Also, if anyone is interested, I could do preview sessions as I did with this story before it was published. They are basically online interactions where I take all of the usernames I have of people and put them into a group chat where I will share sneak peeks of chapters for the new story. But I also want to give it another aspect this time around if anyone is interested.

We could probably do like weekly character asks or just asking me questions about everything and anything planned because I have started planning. Or any other recommendations you have.

I will also be providing a little summary of what will happen in the story down below:

Ziam: With their future bright, and their lives finally feeling complete, is it possible another blast from the past could destroy it all?

Avianna: Teenage years creep up on a person, and it's no surprise Avianna was unprepared for all of the crushes and changes that happen. When a certain "bad boy" gets her attention, how far will she go to get his attention?

Nerik: Being a doctor is a busy job. Being on-call, taking responsibility for patients, and trying to juggle a relationship isn't all that easy. Life gets in the way, and sometimes people fall apart.

Again, thank you guys so, so much for reading this story and sticking with me through it all. I know it isn't perfect, and there are a lot of mistakes in both of them, so I will eventually be going through and correcting things, but thank you for looking past those mistakes.

I also realize that some people got bored of these stories, so to that I say it's okay. It's understandable that not every single story will fully capture your attention. Did it suck? Yes, but I've also set down a few stories due to loss of interest. It's completely fine.

For those of you who still cherish this story, and the last one, thank you so much. That's something I never even thought would be possible with my writing.

Seeing this story finish is kind of getting me emotional because it's been awhile on this journey. It was a ride, but it's now coming to an end when all I want to do is go again and again. Still, I leave these books behind with pride.
