Avoid the Alpha

Chapter 10

Sorry it took so long. I was really stressed out today with a bunch of bull crap on my mind. But, nonetheless, here it is! Hope yall like it!

I woke up and had a throbbing headache. I put my hand to my head and tried to rub it. Soothing it wasn't working right now. Sigh.

"Something wrong baby?", I jumped from the voice. I turned and glared at the boy leaning against the bathroom door frame.

"Lucas, why do you keep popping up places?", I asked while laying down and hiding under my blanket once again.

He chuckled,"I just wanted to see you.".

I sighed,"Lucas, I go to the same school with you. Can you not just give me time to get ready in the mornings?".

Then the blanket got ripped off of me and exposed myself. I gasped,"Lucas quit it!".

I sat up immediately and pulled my knees to my chest. He laughed then sat on the bed in front of me.

He smirked,"Why are you so jumpy? All you do when I 'pop up' is jump and freak out.", he asked with a slight laugh to his voice.

I glared at him,"Lucas, you seriously just asked me as to why I freak out when you come out of nowhere? Seriously?". I was way too tired to deal with this this morning.

He laughed then moved to where he was hovering over me. What the crap? I was just sitting up! How did he do this?

"Lucas, move!", I said while trying to move away.

He just laughed at me,"Not until we talk.".

I sighed then looked up at him crossing my arms over my chest,"About..?".

He sighed in a tone of disappointment,"Yesterday..".

I looked off,"I don't know what you're talking about..Lucas, I have to get ready for school.".

He shook his head,"You're talking to me first.".

I glared at him,"I'm not doing anything until I am ready for school!".

He glared back at me,"No, I'm not letting you up because you will avoid this whole situation and never want to talk about it again! Right now I have it to where you can't go anywhere, so if you want to leave then you will tell me what it is right now!".

He used his alpha tone which really made me mad. I looked at him with a mad look on my face,"Did you just use your alpha tone on me...".

His eyes widened as he took eye contact off of me looking to the door. He sighed,"Kayleigh, I'm sorry, I just --".

I interrupted him,"No..leave me alone.".

I slid out from under him and ran to the bathroom locking it behind me. I heard him on the other side of the door as I slid down on my side and sat there. "Kayleigh, let me explain. I didn't mean it. I'm sorry.".

I sighed,"Leave me alone Lucas. Now...". I had a slight whimper in my voice.

He growled then punched the door before I heard his footsteps trailing off. Finally..

Lucas' Point of View:

She glared at me,"Lucas, you seriously just asked me as to why I freak out when you come out of nowhere? Seriously?". I had to laugh. It was a stupid question, but I was just trying to stall for when I do this..

I quickly move over her and pin her under me. I smirked at how easy it was to get her to where she couldn't leave. I needed to talk.

"Lucas, move!", She said while squirming.
